    الملخص: إن لموضوع حماية الأملاك الوطنية أهمية كبيرة عند المشرع الجزائري، و نظرا للإعتداءات المتكررة على هذه الأملاك، أصدر المشرع الجزائري قانون 23 - 18 الخاص بحماية أراضي الدولة و المحافظة عليها و الذي يضم 30 مادة موزعة على 05 فصول، وضع فيه تدابير احترازية لحماية أراضي الدولة و آليات حمايتها، مع متابعة مرتكبي جرائم التعدي عليها جزائيا، و تعيين أعوان مكلفين بمعاينة هده الجرائم و إقرار المسؤولية في حقهم في حالة عدم قيامهم بالإلتزامات المفروضة عليهم . Résumé: La question de la protection des biens nationaux revêt une grande importance pour le législateur algérien, et face aux agressions répétées contre ces biens, le législateur algérien a promulgué la loi 23-18 relative à la protection et à la préservation des domaines domaniaux, qui comprend 30 articles répartis sur le 05. chapitres, dans lesquels il fixe des mesures de précaution pour protéger les terres de l'État et des mécanismes pour les protéger, avec des poursuites pénales contre les auteurs de crimes qui les violent, et la nomination d'agents chargés d'examiner ces crimes et d'approuver la responsabilité à leur encontre dans le cas où ils seraient commis. ne remplissent pas les obligations qui leur sont imposées.. Summary: The issue of protecting national property is of great importance to the Algerian legislator, and in view of the repeated assaults on these properties, the Algerian legislator issued Law 23-18 regarding the protection and preservation of state lands, which includes 30 articles distributed over 05 chapters, in which it sets precautionary measures to protect state lands. And mechanisms for protecting it, with criminal prosecution of perpetrators of crimes that violate it, and the appointment of agents charged with examining these crimes and approving responsibility against them in the event that they do not fulfill the obligations imposed on them.
