    الملخص : هدفت هذه الدراسة لاجراء دراسة ميدانية على عينة من مجتمع الدراسة والمتمثلة في مجموعة من عمال وعاملات مؤسسة الخزف المنزلي – لتافنة مغنية – واعتمدت هذه الدراسة على المنهجين الوصفي والمنهج التحليلي قصد الاجابة على الاشكالية المطروحة والتأكد من صحة الفرضيات ولأجل ذلك قمنا بأعداد استبيان شمل عينة من عمال مؤسسة الخزف المنزلي. فكان عدد الاستبيانات الموزعة (100) استرجعت كاملة قمنا بإفراغها في برنامجSPSS بغية تحليلها. ومن خلال تحليل النتائج المتحصل عليها تبين لنا مدى اهمية وفعالية العملية التكوينية التي تقوم بها مؤسسة الخزف المنزلي لتافنة certaf في تحسين اداء مواردها البشرية والذي يؤدي بضرورة الى تحسين ورفع انتاجية المؤسسة. . Summary This study aimed to conduct a field study on a sample of the study community, which is represented by a group of workers and workers of the Household Ceramics Establishment - Tafena Maghnia - and this study relied on the descriptive and analytical approaches in order to answer the problem posed and to verify the validity of the hypotheses, and for that we prepared a questionnaire that included a sample of workers Home Ceramic Foundation. The number of distributed questionnaires was (100), which were fully retrieved. We emptied them into the SPSS program in order to analyze them. By analyzing the obtained results, we found out the importance and effectiveness of the formative process carried out by the Home Ceramic Foundation for the certaf in improving the performance of its human resources, which leads to the necessity of improving and raising the productivity of the institution.
