    الملخص: لقد أدركت معظم المؤسسات أهمية إدارة الجودة الشاملة في تنمية الأداء العام لها وذلك عن طريق التفاعل الكامل لجميع أعضاء المؤسسة إذ أصبحت تعد إدارة الجودة الشاملة في مقدمة الأساليب الإدارية الحديثة التي تستخدمها لتحقيق مركز تنافسي أفضل في الأسواق وزيادة حصتها السوقية وهكذا فان تطبيق إدارة الجـــــــــــودة الشاملة يمكن أن يقود الى تعزيز البعد التنافسي الذي يركز على الجودة العالية. وقد تناولت هذه الدراسة موضوعا على درجة كبيرة من الأهمية وهو دور إدارة الجودة الشاملة في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية، حيث أجريت الدراسة على عدة مؤسسات اقتصادية بمدينة مغنية، حيث أشارت نتائج الدراسة الى وجود أثر واضح لإدارة الجودة الشاملة في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية بالمؤسسات الاقتصادية محل الدراسة. ABSTRACT: Mostorganozations have realised the importance of Total Quality Management in the development of itsgeneral performance, And that through full interaction for all members of the instituation. The Total Quality Management became one of the important modern mange methodswhichisused to achievebettercompetitive position in the markets and increaseitsmarketshare, the application of Total Quality Management can lead to strengthen the competitive dimension whichfocuses on high-quality. this study examined a togement in achieving competitive advantage .the results indicatethe presence of a clear impact of total quality management on achievingpic of greatimportance and that is the role of total quality mana competitive advantage in this groupof economic organiations.
