    تقييم جودة الخدمات الصحية في المؤسسات الاستشفائية دراسة حالة مقارنة بين المؤسسة الاستشفائية العمومية والمؤسسات الخاصة

    ملخص: تناول البحث تقييم جودة الخدمات الصحية في المؤسسة الاستشفائية العمومية والمؤسسات الخاصة بمغنية ولاية تلمسان، وذلك من أجل تحديد مدى تمتع القطاع الصحي بالجودة ومدى انعكاس ذلك على خدمة، ومقارنة اي قطاع من القطاعين يملك نسبة أكبر من جودة الخدمات الصحية المقدمة. بحيث تم توزيع استبيان على المستهلكين (المرضى). أظهرت الدراسة عدة نتائج أهمها: تقدم المؤسسات الاستشفائية الخاصة مستوى متوسط من جودة الخدمات الصحية ويفوق المؤسسة الاستشفائية العمومية. Summary: The research dealt with assessing the quality of health services in the public hospital institution and private institutions in Maghnia, Tlemcen, in order to determine the extent to which the health sector enjoys quality and the extent of its reflection on service, and to compare which sector of the two sectors has a greater percentage of the quality of health services provided. So that a questionnaire was distributed to consumers (patients). The study revealed several results, the most important of which are: Private hospital institutions provide an average level of health services quality that exceeds the public hospital institution.
