    أبعاد التّنمية المستدامة من منظور القانون الدولي البيئي

    الملخص تعدّ التنمية المستدامة طريقا معقّدا يعكس إمكانية مجموعة من الأفراد على تنمية ثرواتها بشكل مستمر. و قد ظهر الاهتمام الدولي بمشكلات البيئة متأخرا، ليشهد تطورا سريعا مما جعل الفرد حريصا على دراسة تأثير أي نشاط يقوم به في بيئته الطّبيعية، لذلك فقد حرص المجتمع الدولي على وضع قوانين تكفل حماية البيئة من أضرار التدخّل فيها، و قد أصبحت العلاقة بين حماية البيئة و التنمية، الشاغل الأساسي لمؤتمر الأمم المتّحدة للبيئة و التنمية، و عليه فقد أصبحت التنمية المستدامة ذات تأثير واضح على القانون الدّولي البيئي، و مرجعا في جميع النصوص القانونية الخاصّة بحماية البيئة. Abstract: Sustainable development represents a complex path that reflects the potential for individuals to continuously grow their wealth. Global interest in environmental issues emerged late but has rapidly evolved, prompting individuals to carefully consider the impact of their activities on the natural environment. Consequently, the international community has prioritized establishing laws to protect the environment from harmful interventions. The relationship between environmental protection and development became the central concern of the United Nations Conference on Environment and Development. Thus, sustainable development has significantly influenced international environmental law and serves as a reference in all legal texts concerning environmental protection.
