    الطاقات المتجددة ومسارات التنميةالمستدامة في الجزائر -دراسةتحليلية للواقع و التحديات-

    الملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل دور الطاقات المتجددة في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة والأمن الطاقوي، في سياق التحديات البيئية والإقتصادية، مع التركيز بشكل خاص على أهمية الطاقات المتجددة كبديل إستراتيجي للوقود الأحفوري. في الفصل الأوّل نقدّم بعض التعاريف المتعلقة بالطاقة،النمو الإقتصادي،التنمية الإقتصادية،التحوّل الطاقوي بالإضافة لاظهار العلاقة بين الأبعاد الثلاثة للتنمية المستدامة والإستخدام الرشيد للموارد الطبيعية. في هذه الدراسة ركزنا أكثر على مدى أهمية الإنتقال من الطاقات التقليدية إلى الطاقات المتجددة،وضمانا لتوازن بين النمو الإقتصادي وسلامة البيئة وذلك من خلال تقليل انبعاثات الكربون بالاضافة للإستخدام الصحيح للموارد الطبيعية . في الفصل الثاني، نعرض واقع مجال الطاقات المتجددة في الجزائر وإمكانات الطاقة؛ذكرنا المشاريع،الإستراتيجيات السياسات،دون أن ننسى المقارنة بين الجزائر والذّول الأخر ىمثل مصر. تعتمد الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. تشير النتائج إلى أن الجزائر تحتاج إلى تطوير البنية التحتية المؤسساتية والإقتصادية من إستراتيجيات،معدات الإنتاج والتقنيات. في النهاية، يشكّل الإعتماد على الطاقة المتجددة في الجزائر مسارا إستراتيجيا نحو التنمية الإقتصادية المستدامة. Abstract This study aims to analyse the role of renewable energy in achieving sustainable development, and energy security, in the context of environmental and economic challenges; with a particular focus on the important of the renewable energies as a strategic alternative to fossil fuels. At the first chapter we give some of definitions related to energy, economic growth, sustainable development, energy transition; as well as showing the relation between the 3 dimensions of sustainable development and the rational use of natural resources. In this study we focused the most, on how important to move from traditional energies to renewable one, and ensuring the blancebtween economic growth and the safety of environment,andthat trough minimising carbon emissions plus the right use of natural resources. In the second chapter we show the reality of renewable energy domain in Algeria and energy’s potential. We mentioned the projects, strategies and policies, without forget to compare between Algeria and other countries as Egypt. The study adopted a descriptive and analytical approach; the findings indicate that Algeria needs to develop the institutional and economic infrastructure, from strategies, production’s equipment,techniques At the end the adoption of renewable energy in Algeria constitutes a strategic pathway towards sustainable economic development.
