    ادارة الموارد البشرية في اطار المؤسسات و الادارات العمومية الجزائرية دراسة حالة مؤسسة البريد الجزائري مغنية

    الملخص الهدف الرئيسي من هذه الدراسة هو علاج موضوع إدارة الموارد البشرية في إطار المؤسسات والإدارات العمومية الجزائرية _ دراسة حالة بريد الجزائر _ففي الفصل الأول تطرقت إلى مدخل لإدارة الموارد البشرية.بينما في الفصل الثاني قمت بتحليل العلاقة التي تربط إدارة الموارد البشرية بالمؤسسات العمومية.أما الفصل الثالث فقد تضمن دراسة حالة بريد الجزائر بمغنية. من خلال هذه الدراسة استنتجت أن نجاح أي مؤسسة مرهون باعتمادها على طاقاتها البشرية وأن فعالية المؤسسات العمومية الجزائرية لا تتحقق إلا إذا توفرت على موارد بشرية ذات كفاءة عالية Résumé L'objectif principal de cette étude est de traiter le sujet de la gestion des ressources humaines dans le cadre de la Les institutions et les administrations publiques algérienne _l’étude du cas de Algérie poste_ dans le premier chapitre je traite de l'entrée de la gestion des ressources humaines. Dans le deuxième chapitre j’analyse la relation entre la gestion des ressources humaines avec Les institutions publiques .ensuite, le troisième chapitre inclus l’étude du cas d’Algérie poste _maghnia_. A travers cette étude, j’ai conclu que le succès de toute organisation dépend de l'adoption du potentiel humain et que l'efficacité de Les institutions publique algérienne ne peut être atteinte que s'il y a une des ressources humaines hautement efficaces Abstract The main objective of this study is to address the issue of human resources management with in the framework of the Algerian Institutions and public administrations._ Algeria Mail Case Study_ The first chapter based on the concepts of human ressurces management. While in the second chapter I analyzed the relation ship between human resources management and public Institutions. The third chapter included the study of the case of Algeria Post in maghnia. Through this study, I concluded that the success of any organization depends on the adoption of human potential and that the effectiveness of the Algerian public Institutions can only be achieved if there is one of the highly efficient human resources
