    ملخّص : إنّ تنفيذ القرار القضائي الإداري هو أمر إلزامي بالنسبة للمعني به، لكن قد تطرأ حالات خارجة عن إدارة هذا الأخير تؤدي إلى عرقلة تنفيذه لهذا القرار ممّا يستوجب معه اللجوء إلى القضاء من خلال ثلاثة وسائل قضائية تتمثل في : الطعون القضائية، طلب وقف التنفيذ و طلب الاشكال في التنفيذ. Résumé : L’exécution d’une décision de justice administrative est obligatoire pour l’intéressé, mais des cas de force majeure qui dépasse la volonté de ce dernier peuvent entraver cette exécution, devra , il devra saisir la justice par l’un des trois moyens juridiques suivant les recours juridiques, le sursis à exécution et requête en difficultés d’exécution. Abstract : The implementation of administrative court decision is mandatory of the concerned person, but it could be hindered by a fact out of the control of the concerned person in this case, the above person can return to the justice by one the following means legal proceeding, postponement of execution, request of difficulties in implementation.
