    Abstract: The personality of Sheikh Bashir Ibrahimi is considered one of the historical figures who Left his mark on Algerian culture, and has received the interest of many scholars in treating Him, presenting his efforts, and studying their effects. In addition to the series of previous Studies, this study analyzed the factors influencing the personality of Bashir Brahimi, Including personal influences that study his life and his influence by the surroundings in Which he grew up, and historical influences that study the social reality that coincided with French colonialism in Algeria, and the extent of its influence on the formation of his Revolutionary and political personality. In addition, the characteristics of Ibrahimi’s Reformist thought were analyzed, including social, political, and religious reform, while Delving into Ibrahimi’s linguistic expression, as he was the most important pioneer of Science in Algeria in terms of his knowledge, jurisprudence, eloquence, and eloquence, to Which his contemporaries in his time, his students and companions, attested. The fruits of His efforts have emerged in spreading science and knowledge, and reforming the Educational system, and he has worked diligently for this, and has made a significant Contribution to enlightening the minds of Algeria’s youth, and instilling a zeal for religion, The Arabic language, and all types of sciences in their souls, as he paid great attention to Education and emphasized It takes precedence over education. We cannot educate a Generation without raising it and instilling Islamic morals and principles in it. He stressed That social reform cannot be achieved except through religious reform, in addition to Instilling determination in the hearts of young people to struggle and strive to obtain national, cultural and religious freedom. الملخص: تعتبر شخصية الشيخ البشير الإبراهيمي من الشخصيات التاريخية التي وضعت بصمتها في الثقافة الجزائرية، ولقيت اهتمام الكثير من الدارسين في معالجتها وطرح جهودها ودراسة آثارها، شملت دراستنا هذه المضافة إلى سلسلة الدراسات السابقة على العوامل المؤثرة في شخصية البشير الإبراهيمي من مؤثرات ذاتية تدرس حياته وتأثره بالمحيط الذي نشأ فيه، ومؤثرات تاريخية تدرس الواقع الاجتماعي الذي زامن الاستعمار الفرنسي في الجزائر، ومدى تأثيره في تكوين شخصيته الثورية والسياسية، إضافة إلى ذلك خصائص الفكر الإصلاحي عند الإبراهيمي من إصلاح اجتماعي وسياسي، وديني، مع الخوض في التعبير اللغوي عند الإبراهيمي، باعتباره أهم رواد العلم في الجزائر علما وفقها وفصاحة وبلاغة يشهد لها المعاصرون له في زمانه من تلامذته وصحبه، فبرزت ثمار جهوده في نشر العلم والمعرفة، وإصلاح المنظومة التربوية، ودأب في العمل من أجل ذلك، وأسهم إسهاماً بالغاً في تنوير عقول شباب الجزائر، وزرِع الغيرة على الدين واللغة العربية، وكل صنوف العلوم في نفوسهم، حيث أولى عناية كبيرة بالتّربية وأكد على أسبقيتها عن التعليم فلا يمكن أن نعلم جيلا قبل أن نربيه ونزرع فيه الأخلاق والمبادئ الإسلامية، وأكد أن الإصلاح الاجتماعي لا يتم إلا بالإصلاح الديني، إلى جانب بث العزم في نفوس الشباب على النضال والجهاد للحصول على الحرية الوطنية والثقافية والدينية.
