    ملخّص: نصت العديد من الاتفاقيات الدّولية على أن استئناف الأحكام الجنائية حقّ من الحقوق الأساسية من أجل تحقيق محاكمة عادلة، و التي تهدف إلى مراجعة قرار اتّخذته جهة قضائية ؛ ففي الجزائر، و منذ صدور قانون 27/03/2017 فإنّ محكمة الجنايات الاستئنافية يمكنها قبول الطعن في الأحكام الصادرة عن محكمة الجنايات المنعقدة كأول درجة و ذلك وفقا للأحكام القانونية المفصلة. Résumé : L’appel est considéré comme étant l’un des principaux droits de la plupart des conventions ont formulé afin de garantir un procès équitable ayant pour but la révision d’une décision de justice. En Algérie, depuis la promulgation de la loi du 27/03/2017, le tribunal criminel d’appel peut aussi connaître des appels formés contre des décisions du tribunal criminel ayant statué en premier ressort selon les dispositions précises. Summary : The call is considered to be one of the main rights that most conventions have formuled to guarantee a fair trial, aimed at the review of a court decision. In Algeria, since the enactment of the law of 27/03/2017, the criminal court of appeal may also hear appeals against decisions of the criminal court having ruled in first instance according to the precise provisions.
