    الملخص: قامت العديد من البنوك الجزائرية للسعي إلى تطوير آليات وأدوات الدفع الحديثة، وذلك نظرا للتطور الاقتصادي وكذا التكنولوجي، خاصة في مجال المعلوماتية والذي ساهم في ابتكار آليات وأدوات الدفع الحديثة، وذلك لتوفير الأمان والسهولة والسرعة في التعامل وكذا تقليل المخاطر. من خلال هذه الدراسة سنحاول التعرف على مدى عصرنة البنوك الجزائرية ومدى تطبيقها لهذه الآليات والأدوات الدفع الحديثة من خلال دراسة ميدانية في بنك التنمية المحلية BDL. Résumé: De nombreux banques algériennes se sont efforcés pour développer des outils de paiement modernes. Cela est dû au développement économique et aussi technologie surtout dans le domaine de l'informatique, que en effet à énormément contribuer à la création d'outils modernes et d'outils de paiement offrant la sécurité, la facilité et ainsi que la rapidité de traitement, bien sûr avec une très grande réduction risques. A travers cette étude, nous tenteronsd'identifierl'ampleur de la modernisation des banquesalgériennes et de leurs applications à cesmécanismes et moyens de paiementmodernes, et celaconstamment à l'aided'une étude sur le terrain de la banque de développement local BDL. Abstract : Many Algerian banks have endeavored to develop modern mechanisms and means of payment. This is, in fact, due to economic and technological development, mainly in the field of computing that has greatly contributed to the development of modern mechanisms and payment tools, and all this indeed to provide safety, ease and speed of dealing, as well as reducing risks.
