    Abstract PitchPro is a multi-tenant cloud-based SaaS platform designed to support the complete digital transformation of administrative, financial, sporting, and medical management processes within amateur sports clubs and football academies in Algeria. The platform is specifically engineered to address the structural inefficiencies that characterize the amateur sports ecosystem, which is heavily dependent on manual processes, fragmented tools, and paper-based record keeping. By consolidating these processes into a unified, secure, and scalable digital environment, PitchPro significantly reduces operational complexity, minimizes human error, and ensures strict regulatory compliance with the Algerian Football Federation (FAF) standards. The financial feasibility study demonstrates strong and sustainable profitability indicators: Net Present Value (NPV) = 2,507,572+ DA, Profitability Index (PI) = 2.65, and payback period less than 3 years. الملخص: يقدّم مشروع PitchPro منصة رقمية سحابية (SaaS) متعددة المستأجرين لرقمنة تسيير الأندية الرياضية الهاوية والأكاديميات الكروية في الجزائر، إدارياً وماليّاً وطبياً، بما يتوافق مع معايير الاتحادية الجزائرية لكرة القدم (FAF). تعالج المنصة مشاكل الفوضى الورقية وضياع البيانات وخطر الاحترازات، عبر بنية آمنة تعزل بيانات كل ناد. أثبتت الدراسة المالية جدواه الاقتصادية الممتازة (VAN = 2.507.572+ دج، IP = 2.65، فترة استرداد أقل من 3 سنوات).
