الملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة دور الاتصال الداخلي بأبعاده )طبيعة الاتصال، أساليب الاتصال، وسائل الاتصال( في تحسين أداء العاملين بمؤسسة مصرف الغرب وحدة -مغنية-، وقد تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وقد تم جمع البيانات باستخدام أداتي المقابلة والاستبيان الذي تم توزيعه على عينة الدراسة والمقدرة ب 40 عامل، وتم استرجاع 30 استبانة قابلة لإجراء الدراسة والتحايل ببرنامج الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية. حيث توصلت الدراسة إلى أن مؤسسة مصرف الغرب تول اهتماما كبيرا بتطبيق مفهوم الاتصال داخل المؤسسة، وذلك من خلال إبراز دور كل من طبيعة الاتصال، وسائل الاتصال، أساليب الاتصال في تحسين أداء العاملين بالمؤسسة. وأشارت النتائج أيضا إلى وجود أثر ذو دلالة احصائية بين بعد طبيعة الاتصالات الداخلية وتحسين أداء العاملين بمؤسسة مصرف الغرب وحدة -مغنية- Abstract This study aims to determine the role of internal communication in its dimensions (nature of communication, communication methods, and communication channels) in improving the performance of employees in the counter of maghreb, Maghnia branch. The descriptive-analytical method was adopted, and data was collected using interviews and questionnaires distributed to a sample of 40 employees. 30 usable questionnaires were retrieved and analyzed using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS). The study found that the counter of maghreb places great importance on implementing the concept of internal communication within the organization, highlighting the role of the nature of communication, communication channels, and communication methods in improving the performance of employees. The results also indicated a statistically significant relationship between the nature of internal communication and the improvement of employee performance in the Counter of maghreb, Maghnia branch.
