    ملخص: يعد الموظف الدولي الدعامة والركيزة الأساسية التي يتوقف عليها نجاح المنظمة الدولية في تحقيق أهدافها المتمثلة في حفظ الأمن والسلم العالميين، و كذا استقرار وتوازن العلاقات المختلفة بين الدول، ولتحقيق هذا عملت هذه المنظمات على توفير حماية قضائية للموظفين الدوليين ليؤدوا مهامهم بكفاءة وفعالية، فأنشئت محاكم إدارية تختص بالنظر فيما يرفعه موظفو المنظمة في حالة خدمة أو المحالين على التقاعد أو ذوي حقوقهم، من دعاوى لإلغاء قرارات إدارية يرونها متعسفة في حقهم أو لتعويضهم على ما لحق بهم من ضرر، بإتباع إجراءات رفع دعوى أمام هذه المحاكم، ولهم أم يطلبوا مراجعة أحكامها إن لم تكن مُرضية باللجوء إلى الطعن فيها بطرق الطعن العادية والغير عادية Résumé: L'employé international est le principal pilier et pilier dont dépend le succès de l'organisation internationale pour atteindre ses objectifs de maintien de la paix et de la sécurité mondiales, ainsi que de la stabilité et de l'équilibre des diverses relations entre les pays.
