    ملخص: إن موضوع هذا البحث يتمحوّر حول ضمانات المتهم في مرحلة المحاكمة، باعتبارها مرحلة مصيرية له، فالدستور كأصل عام وقانون الإجراءات الجزائية كأصل خاص، نظم مجموعة من المبادئ التي تكفل للمتهم حقوقه، وتحمي حريته من خلال فرض مجمعة من الضمانات التي تعتبر القاعدة الأساسية لتحقيق العدالة الحقيقية والتطبيق الأمثل لقواعد المحاكمة العادلة Résumé: Le sujet de cette recherche tourne autour des garanties de l'accusé pendant la phase du procès, car il s'agit d'une étape cruciale pour lui. La Constitution en tant que principe général et le Code de procédure pénale en tant que bien spécial ont organisé un ensemble de principes qui garantissent à l'accusé ses droits et protègent sa liberté en imposant un ensemble de garanties qui sont la base fondamentale d'une véritable justice.
