    تقوم التنمية المستدامة في التشريع البيئي على مجموعة من المبادئ الوقائية و التي تتمثل في الحيطة،الوقاية،الإعلام و الشراكة . كما أن المشرع الجزائري وضع آليات لتطبيقها من خلال التخطيط البيئي و الترخيص و كذا الإعلام البيئي. Résumé : Le développement durable dans la législation environnementale repose sur un ensemble de principes préventifs que sont la précaution, la prévention, l'information et le partenariat. Le législateur algérien a mis en place des mécanismes pour les mettre en œuvre à travers la planification et l'octroi de licences environnementales, ainsi que les médias environnementaux. Summary : Sustainable development in environmental legislation is based on a set of preventive principles, which are precaution, prevention, information and partnership. The Algerian legislator has set mechanisms to implement them through environmental planning and licensing, as well as environmental media.
