    ملخص: الوساطة الجزائية إجراء بديل عن الدعوى العمومية جاء به المشرع الجزائري في القانون العضوي رقم 18-06 المتضمن قانون الإجراءات الجزائية والقانون 15-12 المتعلق بحماية الطفل، يقوم أساسا على تقريب وجهات النظر بين أطراف النزاع بغية الوصول إلى حل توافقي وبصورة ودية، وذلك فيما يتعلق بالجرائم البسيطة قليلة الخطورة. Résumé : La médiation pénale est une procédure alternative au procès public intentée par le législateur algérien dans la loi organique n° 18-06 qui comprend le code de procédure pénale et la loi 12-15 relative à la protection de l'enfance, basée principalement sur le rapprochement des points de vue entre les parties au conflit en vue d'aboutir à une solution consensuelle et amiable, et Il s'agit des délits mineurs de moindre gravité . Abstract: Penal mediation is an alternative procedure to the public trial instituted by the Algerian legislator in Organic Law No. 18-06, which includes the Code of penal Procedure and Law 15-12 relating to child protection, based mainly on reconciliation of points of view between the parties to the conflict with a view to reaching a consensual and amicable solution, and that with regard to simple offenses of lesser gravity.
