    ملخص الد ا رسة : إن الهدف الذي تم تسطيره من خلال هذه الدر اسة هو إبراز أثر رقمنة الإدارة العمومية في تحسين جودة الخدمات المقدمة من طرفها ، وقد أتضح دورها في التقليل من الإجراءات الإدارية وما يتعلق بها من عمليات و القضاء على البيروقراطية بمفهومها الجامد و محاولة تقريب الإدارة من المواطن ، وذلك من خلال تو زيع إستبيان على عينة من المواطنين ، وذلك من خلال الاستنتاج العام للد ا رسة أن الرقمنة ساهمت في تحسين الخدمة العمومية مقارنة بالسابق، يتجلى ذلك من خلال توفير الوقت والجهد في مختلف المعاملات الإدارية داخل البلدية أو خارجها كما ساهمت في تحسين مها ا رت الموظفين خاصة في مجال إستخدام التكنولوجيا في التواصل ، و إستصدار الوثائق الإدارية لا سيما على المصالح التي تعتمد بالدرجة الأولى على الرقمنة. Summary : The objective set forth b this study is to highlight the impact of digitalizingpplic administration on improving the quality of services it provides .Ithasbecome clear that digitalisation plays a role in reducing all administrativeprocedures and related operations , as well as eliminating rigid bureaucracy . In an attempt to bring the Administration closer to the citizens , a surveywasdistrubuted among a sample of citizens , Ultimately ? the studyconcluded that digitization has contributed to improving public servicescompared to the past , this is evident throught the saving of time and effortin various administrative transactions within or outside the municipality.Additionally , it has enhanced the skills of technology for communicationand the issuance of administrative documents ? especially in departements that primarily rely on digitization .
