ملخص: من خلال موضوعنا سلطنا الضوء على دور البرلمان في الرقابة على أعمال الحكومة ومواكبته مع التعديلات الجديدة لاسيما التعديل الدستوري لسنة 2020، مستعملا في ذلك بعض المناهج لاسيما المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي؛ وعلى ذلك فإن دور البرلمان يتمثل في مجموعة من الآليات، ومن بينها نجد ما قد لا يرتب مسؤولية الحكومة السياسية، وهي في الأصل مجرد آليات للتنبيه والكشف عن الحقيقة، ومنها ما قد ترتب مسؤولية الحكومة السياسية، والتي يتم من خلالها إستقالة الحكومة، إلا أن الواقع جعل تحقيقها محاط بإجراءات معقدة. Abstract: Through our topic, we higlighted the role of the parliamennt in monitoring the governmen’t works and keeping pace with new amendments, especially the constitutional amendment of 2020, using some approaches, especially the descriptive and analytical approach. Therefore, the role played by parliament in monitoring the government’s work is of great importance,in addition to its constitutionally enshrind jurisdiction.it’s role is represented in a group of mechanisms, and among them we find what may not arrange the government’s political responsibility, which are essentially just mechanism for alering and revealing the truth, and among them are wehat may arrange the government’s political responsibility, Through which the government collectively resigns However, the reality is that its investigation is surrounded by complex procedures. Résumé À trevers notre sujet, nous avons mis en avant le role de parlement dans le suivi du travail du gouvernement et dans le suivi des nouveaux amendementts, notamment l’amendement constitutionnel de 2020, en utilisant certaines approches, notamment l’approche descriptive et analytique. Par conséquent, le role joué par le parlement dans le contrôle du travail du gouvernement est d’une grande importance, en plus de sa compétance costitutionnellement consacrée.
