    الملخص: يعد القضاء الإستعجالي الإداري من بين أكثر المواضيع التي نالت أهمية قانونية فائقة تجلت في عدد المواد المنظمة له مقارنة بق.ا.مد.الملغى، وتسلسل أحكامه بدء بقاضي الاستعجال و سلطاته ومرورا الى الإجراءات المتبعة أمامه وصولا إلى طرق الطعن في الأوامر الإستعجالية. Résumé : Le judiciaire d’urgence et adm est l’un des sujets les plus importants qui ont a acquis une importance juridique considérable dans le nombre d’articles organisés contre elle, par rapport au code de procédure civile annulé, et la succession de ses décisions à commencer par le juge de l’urgence et ses pouvoir, ainsi que par les procédures suivies jusqu’an mode de contestation des ordonnances d’urgence. Abstract: The urgent judiciary adm is one of the most important subjects that have gained significant legal importance in the number of articles organized against it, in comparison with the civil procedures law which it is canceled, and the sequence of its rulings, starting with the judge of the urgency and his powers and through the procedures in front of him until the methods of challenging the emergency orders.
