    نظم المعلومات الإدارية ودورها في تطوير المؤسسة الاقتصادية - دراسة حالة مطحنة الذرة لتافنة-مغنية

    ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على نظم المعلومات الإدارية و دورها في تطوير المؤسسة الإقتصادية، لما لها من أهمية في تحسين الأداء و تحقيق الوفرة الإقتصادية، التي تحسن المركز المالي للمؤسسات و تزيد من إنتاجيتها، حيث إخترنا مطحنة الذرة لتافنة –مغنية لمعرفة و تبيان دور نظم المعلومات الإدارية في تطوير و تحقيق النجاعة لها. اعتمدت الدراسة الميدانية على الاستبيان والمقابلة الشخصية، و توصلنا من خلال هذه الدراسة إلى أنه لنظم المعلومات الإدارية دور كبير من ناحية أداء الأعمال اليومية، وكذا تحقيق التكامل بين مختلف الوظائف في المؤسسة المبحوثة، كما أنها تؤثر بشكل ايجابي على تنظيم العمل بها و بالتالي انتاج قرارات أكثر دقة و مرونة و تحقيق ميزة تنافسية. Résumé : Cette étude a pour but de mettre en évidence les systèmes d’information de gestion et leur rôle dans le développement de l’institution économique, en raison de son importance pour l’amélioration des performances et la réalisation de l’abondance économique, qui améliorent la situation financière des entreprises et augmentent leur productivité.
