    Abstract : The present research work aims to clarify the problems facing students in the Department of Arabic Language and Literature regarding the use of linguistic terminology in their writings, and this is given the chaos of terminology in Arabic linguistics, especially in the light of the entanglement between proponents of the modern and the old over the pattern of adopting the term. الملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى استضاح الإشكال الذي يواجه الطلبة-بقسم اللغة والأدب العربي-بخصوص توظيف المصطلحات اللسانية في كتاباتهم، وذلك بالنظر إلى فوضى المصطلحات التي تشهدها اللسانية العربية خاصة في ضوء التشابك القائم بين أنصار الحديث والقديم حول نمط اعتماد المصطلح.
