    الملخص تعتبر الطفولة الفترة الحاسمة في تكوين شخصية الانسان فهي التي تحدد مستقبل الأمم ولان الأطفال هم رجال المستقبل لانّهم يمثلون اَمال المجتمع وطموحاته فقد عمل المجتمع الدولي على توفير حماية خاصة للأطفال لكونه فئة ضعيفة في المجتمع وحرصا منه على ذلك اوجد آليات وأجهزة لتجسيد هذه الحماية ،ووسائل ردعية لمعاقبة منتهكي حقوق الطفل ومع ذلك كله فقد اخفق المجتمع الدولي في توفير حماية حقيقية لحقوق الطفل اثناء النزاعات الدولية المسلحة ،وذلك لعدم احترام اطراف النزاع للطفل ككائن بشري ضعيف. Résumé L'enfance est la période décisive dans la formation de la personnalité humaine, car elle détermine l'avenir des nations. Et puis ce que les enfants sont de futurs hommes, ils représentent les espoirs et les aspirations de la société. société, et pour ce faire, elle a créé des mécanismes et des dispositifs pour incarner cette protection, et des moyens dissuasifs pour punir les contrevenants aux droits des enfants, mais la communauté internationale n'a pas réussi à fournir une réelle protection des droits de l'enfant lors des conflits armés internationaux, car les parties au conflit ne respectent pas l'enfant en tant qu'être humain vulnérable. Abstract Childhood is the decisive period in the formation of the human personality, as it determines the future of nations. Because children are future men because they represent the hopes and aspirations of society, the international community has worked to provide special protection for children because it is a weak group in society, and in order to do so, it has created mechanisms and devices to embody this protection, and deterrent means to punish violators of children's rights, yet the international community has failed to provide Real protection of the rights of the child during international armed conflicts, because the parties to the conflict do not respect the child as a vulnerable human being.
