    ملخص : بعد أن أسست الجزائر نظامًا وطنيًا للحالة المدنية، واجهت عدة تحديات أثرت على استمرارية ومرونة الخدمات العمومية، مما دفع المشرع الجزائري للاستفادة من التطور التكنولوجي لرقمنة هذه الخدمات. وقد أدى هذا التوجه إلى تقديم معظم خدمات الحالة المدنية إلكترونيًا عن طريق الحواسيب، مثل استخراج الوثائق من السجل الوطني الآلي للحالة المدنية، وإصدار جوازات السفر وبطاقات التعريف الوطنية البيومترية الإلكترونية في إطار الشباك الإلكتروني للوثائق البيومترية. Résumé : Après avoir établi un système national d'état civil, l'Algérie a rencontré plusieurs défis qui ont affecté la continuité et la flexibilité des services publics. Cette situation a poussé le législateur algérien à exploiter le développement technologique pour numériser ces services.En conséquence, la majorité des services de l'état civil sont désormais fournis électroniquement via des systèmes informatiques. Cela inclut, entre autres, l'extraction de documents à partir du Registre National Automatisé de l'État Civil, ainsi que l'émission de passeports et de cartes nationales d'identité biométriques électroniques via le guichet électronique des documents biométriques. Abstract : After establishing a national civil status system, Algeria encountered challenges affecting the continuity and flexibility of public services. This necessitated the Algerian legislator to leverage technological advancements for the digitalization of these services.Consequently, most civil status services are now delivered electronically via computer systems. This includes, inter alia, the extraction of documents from the National Automated Civil Status Register and the issuance of electronic biometric passports and national identity cards through the electronic window for biometric documents.
