    دور اليقظة الاستراتيجية في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية في المؤسسة الصناعية الجزائرية -دراسة حالة مؤسسة حليب النجاح _ مغنية_

    الملخص: تهدف هده الدراسة إلى تحليل دور اليقظة الإستراتيجية في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية في المؤسسة . حيث تمت الدراسة على عينة مكونة من 40 موظف في مؤسسة حليب النجاح بمغنية ،حيث إعتمدنا في جمع البيانات على الإستبيان وفي تحليلها على البرنامج الإحصائي IBM SPSS STATISTICS . حيث توصلت الدراسة إلى أن مؤسسة حليب النجاح تولي إهتماما كبيرا بتطبيق مفهوم اليقظة الإستراتيجية وتطبيقها من طرف الموظفين بها ،من خلال إبراز دور كل من اليقظة التنافسية اليقظة التكنولوجية اليقظة التجارية واليقظة البيئية في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية للمؤسسة. وسعيها إلى تحقيق علاقة إرتباط معنوية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين أبعاد اليقظة الإستراتيجية والميزة التنافسية. Résumé : Cette étude vise à analyser le rôle de la veille stratégique dans la réalisation d'un avantageconcurrentiel à l’intérieur d’une organisation. L’étude a été effectuée sur un échantillon de 40 employés de la Fondation ‘halibalnadjah – maghnia- On a basé sur le questionnaire en ce qui concerne la collecte de données et sur le programme statistique IBM SPSS STATISTICS pour les analyser. Cette étude a révélé que la fondation ‘halibalnadjah’ accorde une grande attention à la mise en œuvre du concept de veille stratégique et à son application par ses employés, en montrant le rôle à la fois de la veille concurrentielle, de la veille technologique, de la veille commerciale et de la veille environnementale dans l'atteinte de l'avantage concurrentiel de l'institution. Et son effort dédié pour parvenir à une corrélation statistiquement significative entre la veille stratégique et l'avantage concurrentiel. Abstract : This study aims to analyze the role of strategic vigilance to achieve competitive advantage in the organization. The study was conducted on a sample of 40 employees of the ‘halibalnadjah - maghnia- Foundation The questionnaire was used for data collection and the statistical program IBM SPSS STATISTICS for analysis. This study revealed that 'halibalnadjah' foundation pays great attention to the implementation of the strategic vigilance concept and its application by its employees, all of that by highlighting the role of the following statements: competitive vigilance ; technological vigilance, commercial vigilance and environmental vigilance in achieving the institution's competitive advantage. And the effort achieving a statistically significant correlation between strategic vigilance and competitive advantage
