    الملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور الرقمنة في تحسين جودة الخدمات، من خلال دراسة حالة لوكالة غزوات التابعة لاتصالات الجزائر. استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي للوصول إلى أهدافها، مع توزيع استبيان على عينة مكونة من 52 فرداً، بما في ذلك موظفي ومتعاملي المؤسسة، وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن للرقمنة تأثيراً كبيراً على جودة الخدمات. وعليه، أوصت هذه الأخيرة بضرورة الاستثمار في الرقمنة لتلبية الاحتياجات المتطورة للمتعاملين. Abstract: This study aims to identify the role of digitization in improving the quality of services, through a case study of the Ghazaouetagency of Algerian Telecom. The study used the descriptive approach to achieve its objectives, with a questionnaire distributed to a sample of 52 individuals, including both employees and customers of the institution. The results of the study showed that digitization has a significant impact on the quality of services. Accordingly, the study recommended the necessity of investing in digitization to meet the evolving needs of customers
