    كيفية معالجة النفايات الطبية مشروع لنيل شهادة مؤسسة ناشئة في إطار القرار الوزاري 1275

    ملخص الدراسة: يدور موضوع هذا البحث حول آلية تسيير النفايات الطبية ومعالجتها تطرقنا في الجانب النظري إلى توضيح بعض المفاهيم المتعلقة بالنفايات الطبية وأصنافها ومصادرها وأثارها وكيفية معالجتها وذلك حسب ما نصت عليه النصوص التشريعية أما بالنسبة للفصل الثاني فقمنا بدراسة جدوى لمؤسسة مصغرة تقوم بمعالجة النفايات الطبية عن طريق الحرق في ولاية تلمسان التي تفتقر لمثل هذا المشروع وقد استعملنا في الدراسة التقنية المقابلة المباشرة مع طاقم العمل في المؤسسة العمومية للصحة الجوارية باب العسة؛مغنية؛ المؤسسة العمومية الاستشفائية الشهيد شعبان حمدون مغنية؛ المؤسسة الاستشفائية المتخصصة الأم والطفل ومخبر التحاليل الطبية دكتور فليج والعيادة الطبية اندلوسي ومصالح مديرية البيئة و الصحة. ومن أهم النتائج التي خرجنا بها من هذا البحث هو أن التقيد بالقانون من شانه أن يلعب دورا كبيرا في نجاح عملية معالجة النفايات الطبية. Summary of the study The topic of this research revolves around the mechanism of medical waste management and treatment. In the theoretical aspect, we addressed the clarification of some concepts related to medical waste, its types, sources, effects and how to treat it, as stipulated in the legislative texts. As for the second chapter, we conducted a feasibility study of a small institution that treats medical waste by incineration in the state of Tlemcen, which lacks such a project, and we used in the technical study the direct interview with the staff of the public institution of neighborhood health Bab Al assa; Maghnia; public hospital institution Chaabane Hamdoun Maghnia; hospital andaloussi One of the most important findings of this research is that adherence to the law plays a major role in the success of the medical waste treatment process. It is also important to note that the medical waste treatment project is considered a successful project at the level of Tlemcen governorate.
