    ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة للتعرف على تأثير إدارة الموارد البشرية على أداء العاملين ، وتتمحور إشكالية الدراسة حول مدى مساهمة إدارة الموارد البشرية في تحسين أداء العاملين، ومن أجل تثمين هذه الدراسة قمت بإجراء دراسة ميدانية بمؤسسة صناعة الملابس المهنية –وحدة مغنية، مستخدمة أداة البحث المتمثلة في الاستبيان والذي وزع على عينة الدراسة باستخدام جهاز SPSS، محاولة للوصول إلى إجابة علمية وتأكيد الفرضيات التي اعتمدتها في الدراسة والتي أكدت كلها على أنه يوجد علاقة تأثير للحصول على الموارد البشرية على تحسين الأداء في وحدة مغنية لصناعة الملابس المهنية,كما يوجد علاقة تأثير للحفاظ على الموارد البشرية على تحسين الأداء في وحدة مغنية لصناعة الملابس المهنية. Abstract: This study aims to identify the impact of human resources management on the performance of employees. The problem of the study revolves around the extent to whith human resources management contributes to the improving performance. In order to evaluated field study at the professional Clothing manufacturing Establishment- Maghnia Unit , using the research tool represented by the questionnaire, Which It was distributed to the study sample using the SPSS device, in an attempt to the reach a scientific answer and confirmed there is an impact relationship for obtaining human resources on improving performance in the Maghnia professional clothing manufacturing unit, there is also an impact relationship between maintaining human resources and improving performance in the Maghnia professional clothing manufacturing unit.
