    Summary: This research aims at studying the pragmatic dimension in the Hadith Ennabaoui Echarif, so as to detect the phenomenon at ”Language Acts” that is so important in the pragmatic study and especially through the “40 nawawiya”. We refered back to the study by John Searl and we do chose the cases of “Requests” and “Informativity” in our practical side. الملخـص: توصل البحث من خلال عملية تتبّع ودراسة البعد التداولي في الحديث النبوي الشريف وخاصة في أحاديث الأربعين النووية إلى الكشف والتنقيب عن قضية وظاهرة مهمة والتي تعدّ من صميم الدرس التداولي الحديث ألا وهي ظاهرة الأفعال الكلامية وبالخصوص حسب تصنيف جون سيرل، وكان التركيز في الجانب التطبيقي على الطلبيات والإخباريات.
