    أثر صدمات أسعار النفط على الاستقرار النقدي في الجزائر : دراسة تحليلية للفترة الممتدة من 1990-2024

    الملخص باللغة العربية: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى رصد و تحليل أثر صدمات أسعار النفط على الاستقرار النقدي في الجزائر (التضخم ،سعر الصرف ، سعر الفائدة ، الكتلة النقدية و ميزانالمدفوعات ) خلال الفترة الممتدة من 1990 إلى 2024 . اشتملت الدراسة على جانب نظري و آخر تطبيقي و اعتمدت على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي القائم على جمع البيانات ، تبويبها و تمثيلهاو تحليلهااقتصاديا . كما أسفرت نتائج التحليل على كل من : • ارتباط التضخم بالدورة النفطية. • حساسية سعر الصرف و الاحتياطات للصدمات النفطية. • تبعية السياسة النقدية للسياسة المالية في الاقتصاد الجزائري. • ضعف تنويع الاقتصاد الجزائري و زيادةهشاشته . الملخص باللغة الإنجليزية : This studyaims to monitor and analyze the impact of oilpriceshocks on monetarystability in Algeria (inflation, exchange rate, interest rate, money supply, and balance of payments) during the periodfrom 1990 to 2024. The studyincludesboththeoretical and applied components and employs a descriptive-analyticalapproachbased on data collection, classification, representation, and economicanalysis. The results of the analysisrevealed the following: • The correlationbetween inflation and the oil cycle. • The sensitivity of the exchange rate and reserves to oilshocks. • The dependence of monetarypolicy on fiscal policy in the Algerian economy. • The weakness of diversification in the Algerian economy and itsincreasedvulnerability.
