    مبدأ حرية الأسعار في التشريع الجزائري

    ملخص لقد اتخذ المشرع الجزائري مبدأ حرية الأسعار كحل و بديل للمشاكل و الآثار التي تترتب نتيجة العوامل التي أدّت إلى فشل النظام الإيديولوجي الاشتراكي. حيث قبل الاعتراف بمبدأ حرية الأسعار، كان تدخل الدولة مسيطرا، حسب ما كان منظما و منصوصا عليه في القوانين و التنظيمات. رغم أنّ مبدأ حرية الأسعار كان الأصل، إلّا أن المشرع أورد عليه استثناءات، تقوم الدولة بالتدخل في التسيير من خلال آليات و ضوابط لتحقيق أهداف كالشفافية و الاستقرار، و اعتبرت قيودا واردة على مبدأ حرية الأسعار بحيث مخالفتها تعتبر ممارسات منصوص عليها في القانون 04-02. Abstract The Algerian legislator has token the principle of freedom of prices as an alternative solution to the problems and archeologie therefore the factors which contributed to the failure of the security system. Before the confession in the principle of freedom of prices, it was intervention by the dominant state.this is what in regulated in legal testes and organisations, the principle of freedom of the pricesis the original, but the legislator except the state makes interfering of the during the mechanisms and the controls to reach goals such as transparency and stability. Price considers of the restrictions entering the principal of the freedom of the prices where the violator considérs as the limited practices stipulated on it has law number 04-02
