    أثر تغيرات سعر الصرف على ميزان المدفوعات دراســـة حـــالة الجزائر 2004-2022

    الملخص تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة أثر التغيرات سعر الصرف على ميزان المدفوعات الجزائري خلال الفترة (2004-2022) و لهذا الغرض تم إستخدام نموذج ARDL و أشارت النتائج التطبيقية إلى أن سعر الصرف لا يؤثر في الصادرات وهذا نظرا لطبيعة الإقتصاد الجزائري الذي معظم صادراته المحروقات و ضف إلى ذلك أن الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر لا يتأثر بسعر الصرف كون هذا الأخير يتأثر بالعوامل الأخرى أما بالنسبة للوادات فهو يؤثر فيها لكن بنسبة محدودة. Summary This study aims to know the impact of exchange rate changes on the Algerian balance of payments during the period (2004-2022). For this purpose, the ARDL model was used, and the applied results indicated that the exchange rate does not affect exports. This is due to the nature of the Algerian economy, whose exports are mostly hydrocarbons and banks. In addition, foreign direct investment is not affected by the exchange rate, as the latter is affected by other factors. As for imports, it affects them, but to a limited extent. Résumé Cette étude vise à connaître l'impact des variations du taux de change sur la balance des paiements algérienne au cours de la période (2004-2022). À cette fin, le modèle ARDL a été utilisé et les résultats appliqués ont indiqué que le taux de change n’affecte pas les exportations. Cela est dû à la nature de l’économie algérienne, dont les exportations sont essentiellement constituées d’hydrocarbures et de banques. De plus, les investissements directs étrangers ne sont pas affectés par le taux de change, celui-ci étant affecté par d’autres facteurs. Quant aux importations, cela les affecte, mais dans une mesure limitée.
