Dans le temps passé l’aménagement hydraulique était traité comme une solution à un problème spécifique et ponctuel. Il s'est avéré que des aménagements répondant à certains problèmes particuliers conduisaient souvent à des situations conflictuelles, du fait que leur impact économique était loin de l'optimum et, dans certains cas, franchement désastreux. Au profil des années et a l’heure actuelle les tendances les plus évidentes en matièred'aménagement des ressources en eau est l'élargissement progressif de leurs objectifs. Concernant par exemple l'irrigation ou la production hydroélectrique. Avec l'augmentation du nombre de projets et l'accroissement de leur taille.

The quality requirement, reinforced by current means of production and control,
means that the mediocrity or irregularity of performance of construction materials or civil
engineering materials in general is less and less accepted.
Added to this requirement, for civil engineering professionals and laboratory
technicians, is the need to be familiar with the behavior and measure the limits of the
materials they use.
Based on contact and observation, laboratory tests are the preferred means of fulfilling this
dual requirement.
This is why this manual, in which the main tests are described with their equipment
and operating mode, will be of inestimable service to students in training in the specialty

الملخص :
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى قياس مدى تأثير إدارة المعرفة على أداء المؤسسات الاقتصادية في الجزائر، حيث تم استهداف عينة
عشوائية من بعض المؤسسات الناشطة في مغنية حجمها 120 مشاهدة وللحكم على الفرضيات تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي
التحليلي بالاستعانة ببرنامج SPSS ونماذج الانحدار المتعدد وتوصلنا إلى وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية لجميع أبعاد إدارة المعرفة
على الأداء الاقتصادي للمؤسسات الجزائرية، وعليه نوصي بضرورة الاهتمام بالمعرفة إذ تعتبر مورد أساسي يساعد على تطوير
المؤسسات وتحسين أدائها.
Abstract:
This study aims to measure the impact of knowledge management on the performance of Algeria's economic institutions A random sample of some institutions active in a 120-viewer singer was targeted and hypotheses were judged. The analytical descriptive curriculum was used using the SPSS programme and multiple regression models and we found a statistically significant impact of all dimensions of knowledge management on the economic performance of Algerian institutions. We therefore recommend the need for attention to knowledge as it is an essential resource that helps to develop institutions and improve their performance .

البورصة كيان اقتصادي يخضع لنظام محكام من خلال سالطات الضبظ وهيئات
التسيير ذات الرقابة الصارمة والكفاءة العالية، اذ تكمن اهمية هاذا النظام في حماية
الإدخار وتشجيع الإستثمار عن طريق اعادة التوازن المالي بتحويل الفائض المدخل
الى مؤسسات هي في حاجة اليه.حيث ان دخول الشركات المساهمة في بورصة القيم
المنقولة لا يتم إلا عن طريق توفر مجموعة من الملفات وشروط قبولها، كما أن
المشرع الجزائري حاول حماية المساهم عن طريق مجموعة من النصوص
القانونية، كماا ان لجنة تنظيم عمليات البورصة تلعب دورها هي ايضا في مراقبة
وحماية المساهم من جهة والمستثمرين من جهة.ثم قبول الأسهم و سندات في
البورصة يتم تسعيرها وتداولها حسب قانون العرض والطلب وفق اشراف الهينات
المختصة وهذا ما يحد من الممارسات الغير المشروعة وتضمن حماية لكال الأطراف
البائع،المشتري،الوسطاء .
Résumé :
La bourse est une entité économique qui est soumise à un système serré par le biais des autorités de contrôle et des organismes de gestion avec un contrôle strict et une grande efficacité, car l'importance de ce système réside dans la protection des économies et l'encouragement des investissements en rééquilibrant en convertissant le surplus d'entrée dans les institutions qui en ont besoin. Alors que l'entrée de sociétés conjointes sur l'échange de valeurs transférées ne se fait que par la disponibilité d'un ensemble de dossiers et les conditions de les accepter, et le législateur algérien a tenté de protéger l'actionnaire par un ensemble de textes juridiques, et Le comité des opérations de bourse joue son rôle dans le suivi et la protection de l'actionnaire contre le parti et les investisseurs d'une part. Acceptez ensuite les actions ou les obligations à la bourse qui sont prix et diffusés

Summary:
The stock exchange is an economic entity subject to a tight system
through the regulatory authorities and management bodies with strict
control and high efficiency, as the importance of this system lies in
protecting savings and encouraging investment by restoring the financial
balance by transferring the input surplus to institutions that need it.
As the entry of joint stock companies into the Movable Value Exchange
is only through the availability of a set of files and the conditions for
their acceptance, and the Algerian legislator tried to protect the
shareholder through a set of legal texts, and the Commission for the
Regulation of Stock Exchange Operations also plays its role in
monitoring and protecting the shareholder on the one hand and investors
on the one hand.
Then accept shares or bonds in the stock exchange are priced and traded
according to the law of supply and demand according to the supervision
of the competent authorities, and this reduces illegal practices and

تُعد الرقابة الجبائية من أهم الإجراءات التي تعتمدها الإدارة الجبائية لضمان صحة التصريحات المقدمة والتطبيق السليم للقوانين والتشريعات. فهي تمثل أداة فعالة للتحقق من امتثال المكلفين لالتزاماتهم الضريبية، وكشف حالات الغش والتهرب الجبائي. وتلعب هذه الرقابة دوراً أساسياً في تحقيق العدالة الضريبية، بالإضافة إلى تعزيز موارد الخزينة العامة ودعم الاقتصاد الوطني.
كما أن الإدارة الجبائية هي همزة وصل حيوية بين المكلفين والخزينة العمومية، وتعمل على تحسين أساليبها لتقليص الالتزامات وزيادة الحصيلة الضريبية. وأكدت دراسة أجريت على بيانات مركز ضرائب الغزوات (تلمسان) أن فعالية الإدارة الجبائية تعتمد بدرجة كبيرة على إجراءات تحصيل الضرائب
Summary:
The tax control (fiscal oversight) is a crucial procedure adopted by the tax administration to ensure the accuracy of declarations and the correct application of tax laws. It acts as an effective tool for verifying taxpayer compliance with their obligations and detecting instances of tax fraud and evasion. This oversight plays a vital role in achieving tax justice, in addition to bolstering public treasury resources and supporting the national economy.
Furthermore, the tax administration is a key link between taxpayers and the public treasury, working to improve its methods to reduce tax liabilities and increase the tax yield (tax revenue). A study using data from the Ghazaouet sub-tax center (Tlemcen) highlighted that the effectiveness of the tax administration is largely dependent on the tax collection procedures implemented.
