منصة بنكية لتداول الـأوراق المالية A.G.Trading

ملخص :
الهدف من هذه الدراسة هو تقديم مخطط الأعمال لمشروع المنصة البنكية لتداول الأوراق المالية مع تقييم إمكانية نجاحه ,حيث يمثل مخطط الأعمال أول الخطوات في تحقيق نجاح المنصة و الحصول على مشروع ذو مردودية اقتصادية ومالية و لبلوغ ذلك تطرقنا في السياق النظري إلى مدخل عام يعالج الإشكالية التي تبحث في العوامل المحددة لنية وسلوك تبني المستثمرين الجزائريين (أفراد ومؤسسات) للمنصات البنكية الإلكترونية المخصصة لتداول الأوراق المالية ,حيث قمنا بتحليلمفاهيم حول النظام المصرفي و الأوراق المالية و البورصة والتطرق إلى الركائز الأساسية للمشروع , أما في الفصل التطبيقي تم تسليط الضوء على مخطط الأعمال للمشروع ثم المخطط التسويقي للبحث عن التجهيزات التي يحتاجها المشروع و أيضا الوسائل التي يمكن من خلالها الوصول إلى الجمهور المستهدف وصولا إلى المخطط المالي لدراسة تكاليف وعائدات المشروع.
بعد تحليل ودراسة مخطط الأعمال لمشروع المنصة البنكية لتداول الأوراق المالية A.G.Trading تبين أن المشروع مجدي اقتصاديا ويمكن الاستفادة منه والتوسع فيه لتحقيق أرباح معتبرة.
Abstract :
The purpose of this study is to prepare a business plan for an online financiel securities trading projrct . The plan goes through the main steps to check if the project is practical, prrofitable , and possible to apply , while also showing its importance for the algerian market and the behavior of local investors .
First , we explained the basic concepts related to the financial system ,securities , and online trading. Then, in the practical part ,we built a business plan for the project by showing its main elements, what it needs, and hw it can reach customers, as well as studying its costs and revenues.
After analyzing the business plan of A.G.Trading , the study showed that the project is feasible and can bring good profits if applied well .
إلتزام الشركات المقيدة ببورصة القيم المنقولة بمبادئ الحوكمة

الملخص:
تناولت هذه الدراسة التزام الشركات المقيدة ببورصة القيم المنقولة بمبادئ الحوكمة، من خلال تحليل معمّق للإطارين القانوني والتنظيمي المنظّمين لعمل هذه الشركات، وبيان مدى انسجامهما مع التوصيات الدولية الصادرة عن منظمة التعاون الاقتصادي والتنمية، وميثاق الحكم الراشد للمؤسسات في الجزائر.تهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى تكريس التشريع الجزائري لمبادئ الإفصاح والشفافية، واستقلالية الهيئات الإدارية، وحماية حقوق المساهمين وأصحاب المصالح الأخرى ، وذلك في سياق السعي نحو تعزيز الثقة في السوق المالية باعتبارها أداة محورية لجذب الاستثمار وترسيخ نظام حوكمة فعّال داخل الشركات المقيدة.وقد تضمنت الدراسة قراءة نقدية لأوجه القصور ونقاط القوة، مرفقة بجملة من التوصيات الهادفة إلى تدعيم آليات الحوكمة في بورصة الجزائر.وتُختتم الأطروحة بخلاصة تؤكد أنّ فاعلية السوق المالية لا يمكن أن تتحقق إلا من خلال ترسيخ مبادئ الحوكمة داخل الشركات المدرجة، ضمن رؤية تشريعية ومؤسساتية متكاملة.
Abstract:
This study addresses the commitment of companies listed on the stock exchange to the principles of corporate governance by conducting an in-depth analysis of the legal and regulatory frameworks governing the operations of these companies, and assessing the extent to which they align with international recommendations issued by the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) and the Charter of Good Governance for Institutions in Algeria.
The study aims to examine the extent to which Algerian legislation enshrines the principles of disclosure and transparency, the independence of administrative bodies, and the protection of shareholders' rights as well as those of other stakeholders. This is explored within the broader context of efforts to strengthen trust in the financial market, which serves as a key mechanism for attracting investment and establishing an effective governance system within listed companies.
The research presents a critical reading of both the strengths and shortcomings of the current framework and offers a set of recommendations aimed at enhancing governance mechanisms within the Algerian stock exchange.
The dissertation concludes with the assertion that the efficiency of the financial market can only be achieved through the consolidation of governance principles within listed companies, in line with a comprehensive legislative and institutional vision.
Résumé:
La présente étude porte sur l’engagement des sociétés cotées en Bourse des valeurs mobilières à l’égard des principes de gouvernance, à travers une analyse approfondie des cadres juridique et réglementaire encadrant leur fonctionnement, et une évaluation de leur conformité aux recommandations internationales émises par l’Organisation de coopération et de développement économiques (OCDE) ainsi qu’à la Charte de la bonne gouvernance des institutions en Algérie.
L’objectif de l’étude est d’examiner dans quelle mesure la législation algérienne consacre les principes de divulgation et de transparence, l’indépendance des organes de gestion, ainsi que la protection des droits des actionnaires et des autres parties prenantes. Cette analyse s’inscrit dans une perspective visant à renforcer la confiance dans le marché financier, considéré comme un levier essentiel pour attirer les investissements et instaurer un système de gouvernance efficace au sein des sociétés cotées.
L’étude propose une lecture critique des forces et des lacunes du cadre actuel, accompagnée d’un ensemble de recommandations visant à renforcer les mécanismes de gouvernance au sein de la Bourse d’Alger.
La thèse se conclut par l’affirmation que l’efficacité du marché financier ne peut être atteinte que par l’ancrage des principes de gouvernance dans les entreprises cotées, dans le cadre d’une vision législative et institutionnelle cohérente et intégrée.

الملخص:
تهدف هده الدراسة إلى إبراز أثر الذكاء الاصطناعي و الرقمنة على الخدمات المصرفية الإلكترونية،باعتبارهما من أهم التحولات التي يشهدها القطاع المالي و المصرفي في العصر الحديث ،حيث أسهمت هذه التقنيات في تحسين الكفاءة التشغيلية، تعزيز الأمان، وتوفير تجارب أكثر تطورًا للعملاء. من خلال استخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي في تحليل البيانات والكشف عن الاحتيال، وتحسين التنبؤات المالية، أصبحت الخدمات المصرفية أكثر فاعلية وأمانًا. كما ساهمت الرقمنة في تحويل طريقة تقديم الخدمات المصرفية عبر الإنترنت،مما سهل الوصول إليها وقلل من التكاليف. على الرغم من التحديات الأمنية والتنظيمية،يُتوقع أن يستمر الذكاء الاصطناعي و الرقمنة في إحداث تحول كبير في القطاع المصرفي،مما يوفر فرصًا للتحسين المستمر.
Abstract:
This thesis examines the impact of artificial intelligence and digitization on electronic banking services, highlighting how these technologies have improved operational efficiency, enhanced security, and provided more advanced customer experiences. By utilizing AI for data analysis, fraud detection, and financial forecasting, banking services have become more efficient and secure. Digitization has also transformed the way banking services are provided online, making them more accessible and cost-effective. Despite security and regulatory challenges, AI and digitization are expected to continue driving significant change in the banking sector, offering opportunities for ongoing improvements.
الأمثال الشّعبية الجزائريّة؛ دراسةٌ في الأصول والمضامين

ملخص:
تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى استكشاف الأمثال الشعبية الجزائرية، باعتبارها مرآة تعكس وجدان المجتمع وتراثه الثقافي العميق، وقد تمحورت حول تصنيف هذه الأمثال وفق قضاياها ومضامينها المتنوعة، كالعلاقات الاجتماعية، والقيم الأخلاقية، وغيرها من مجالات الحياة اليومية، بهدف الكشف عن رؤى المجتمع وتمثلاته الفكرية، كما اعتمدت الدراسة على تحليل دقيق لبنية الأمثال ودلالاتها، مع ربط أصول معانيها بالقرآن الكريم والحديث النبوي الشريف، إلى جانب مقابلاتها في أمثال العرب وأشعارهم القديمة، مما أتاح تتبّع الامتدادات الحضارية والفكرية لهذا الموروث الشّفهي.
وقد أبرز هذا العمل غنى الأمثال الشعبية الجزائرية بمضامين حياتية متعدّدة، واتصافها بلغة فنية تتسم بالإبداع والتكثيف، فضلًا عن تجذرها في المرجعية الإسلامية والعربية، مما يجعلها أحد أبرز أوجه الهوية الثقافية الوطنية.
Abstract:
This study endeavors to explore Algerian folk proverbs as a mirror reflecting the collective consciousness and deep cultural heritage of society. It centers on the classification of these proverbs according to their thematic and conceptual content- such as social relations, moral values, and other aspects of everyday life-in an effort to uncover the underlying visions and intellectual representations embedded within them.
The research adopts a meticulous analytical approach to the structure and meanings of these proverbs, tracing their roots to the Quran and the Prophetic tradition, while also drawing parallels with classical Arab proverbs and ancient Arabic poetry. This methodology allows for a comprehensive understanding of the cultural and intellectual continuities embodied in this oral heritage.
The findings of the study highlight the richness of Algerian folk proverbs in addressing a wide array of life experiences, their distinctive artistic and expressive qualities, and their deep anchoring in Islamic and Arab traditions- establishing them as a vital component of national cultural identity.
