Item رقمنة القطاع الصحي في الجزائر مشروع مؤسسة ناشئة تطبيق حجز المواعيد الطبية السريعةVIP RD(University Centre of Maghnia, 2026-02-10) رميلي عبد العليالملخص بالعربية : تتناول هذه المذكرة موضوع رقمنة القطاع الصحي في الجزائر من خلال دراسة مشروع مؤسسة ناشئة لتطبيق VIP RDالمتخصص في حجز المواعيد الطبية السريعة. يهدف التطبيق إلى تسهيل وصول المرضى إلى الأطباء المتخصصين، تحسين تنظيم جداول المواعيد الطبية، وتقليل أوقات الانتظار في المستشفيات والمراكز الصحية. كما يسهم في تحسين تجربة المرضى وزيادة كفاءة الأطباء من خلال أدوات رقمية لإدارة المواعيد والتذكير بها. توضح الدراسة أهمية رقمنة الخدمات الصحية في الجزائر كوسيلة لتعزيز جودة الرعاية الصحية وتحقيق رضا المستفيدين، مع تقديم تحليل للسوق المحلي والمنافسين وبيان القيمة المضافة التي يقدمها التطبيق Français : Ce mémoire porte sur la numérisation du secteur de la santé en Algérie, à travers l’étude d’un projet de start-up développant l’application VIP RD pour la prise de rendez-vous médicaux rapides. L’application vise à faciliter l’accès des patients aux médecins spécialisés, à améliorer l’organisation des plannings médicaux et à réduire les temps d’attente dans les hôpitaux et centres de santé. Elle contribue également à optimiser l’expérience des patients et l’efficacité des médecins grâce à des outils numériques de gestion et de rappel des rendez-vous. L’étude souligne l’importance de la numérisation des services de santé en Algérie comme moyen d’améliorer la qualité des soins et la satisfaction des utilisateurs, tout en présentant une analyse du marché local et des concurrents. English : This thesis addresses the digitalization of the healthcare sector in Algeria through the study of a start-up project developing the VIP RD application for fast medical appointment booking. The application aims to facilitate patients’ access to specialized doctors, improve the organization of medical schedules, and reduce waiting times in hospitals and health centers. It also enhances patient experience and physician efficiency through digital tools for appointment management and reminders. The study highlights the importance of digitalizing healthcare services in Algeria as a means to improve care quality and user satisfaction, while providing an analysis of the local market and competitors.Item التسويق المباشر في تحديد الميزة التنافسية – دراسة حالة مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر – سبدو(University Centre of Maghnia, 2024-11-27) بن علال مروىباللغة العربية : تهدف الدراسة إلى توضيح مدى العلاقة القائمة بين التسويق المباشر والميزة التنافسية، إضافة إلى أهميته في زيادة المنافسة بين المؤسسات، وصنع الابتكار والتجديد، حيث تم طرح الإشكالية القائلة: الى أي مدى يؤثر التسويق المباشر على الميزة التنافسية؟ ومن أجل إيجاد حل للإشكالية فقد اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وكذا برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية spss حيث اتضح أن للتسويق المباشر علاقة طردية الميزة التنافسية كما أن له دور في تطويرها .. اللغة الإنجليزية : The study aims to clarify the extent of the existing relationship between direct marketing and competitive advantage, in addition to its importance in increasing competition between institutions and creating innovation and innovation. The question was raised: To what extent does direct marketing affect competitive advantage? In order to find a solution to the problem, the study relied on the descriptive analytical approach as well as the SPSS statistical package program, as it became clear that direct marketing has a direct relationship with competitive advantage and also has a role in developing it.Item ممارسة إدارة المعرفة وأثرها على آداء المؤسسات الإقتصاية دراسة حالة بعض المؤسسات الناشط ة بمغنية(University Centre of Maghnia, 2024-11-19) مرغاد ياسينالملخص : تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى قياس مدى تأثير إدارة المعرفة على أداء المؤسسات الاقتصادية في الجزائر، حيث تم استهداف عينة عشوائية من بعض المؤسسات الناشطة في مغنية حجمها 120 مشاهدة وللحكم على الفرضيات تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي بالاستعانة ببرنامج SPSS ونماذج الانحدار المتعدد وتوصلنا إلى وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية لجميع أبعاد إدارة المعرفة على الأداء الاقتصادي للمؤسسات الجزائرية، وعليه نوصي بضرورة الاهتمام بالمعرفة إذ تعتبر مورد أساسي يساعد على تطوير المؤسسات وتحسين أدائها. Abstract: This study aims to measure the impact of knowledge management on the performance of Algeria's economic institutions A random sample of some institutions active in a 120-viewer singer was targeted and hypotheses were judged. The analytical descriptive curriculum was used using the SPSS programme and multiple regression models and we found a statistically significant impact of all dimensions of knowledge management on the economic performance of Algerian institutions. We therefore recommend the need for attention to knowledge as it is an essential resource that helps to develop institutions and improve their performance .Item الرقابة الجبائية ودورها في الحد من الغش الضريبي بمديرية الضرائب لولاية تلمسان : فرع دائرة الغزوات.(University Centre of Maghnia, 2025-11-28) زوبير فيصلملخص: تُعد الرقابة الجبائية من أهم الإجراءات التي تعتمدها الإدارة الجبائية لضمان صحة التصريحات المقدمة والتطبيق السليم للقوانين والتشريعات. فهي تمثل أداة فعالة للتحقق من امتثال المكلفين لالتزاماتهم الضريبية، وكشف حالات الغش والتهرب الجبائي. وتلعب هذه الرقابة دوراً أساسياً في تحقيق العدالة الضريبية، بالإضافة إلى تعزيز موارد الخزينة العامة ودعم الاقتصاد الوطني. كما أن الإدارة الجبائية هي همزة وصل حيوية بين المكلفين والخزينة العمومية، وتعمل على تحسين أساليبها لتقليص الالتزامات وزيادة الحصيلة الضريبية. وأكدت دراسة أجريت على بيانات مركز ضرائب الغزوات (تلمسان) أن فعالية الإدارة الجبائية تعتمد بدرجة كبيرة على إجراءات تحصيل الضرائب Summary: The tax control (fiscal oversight) is a crucial procedure adopted by the tax administration to ensure the accuracy of declarations and the correct application of tax laws. It acts as an effective tool for verifying taxpayer compliance with their obligations and detecting instances of tax fraud and evasion. This oversight plays a vital role in achieving tax justice, in addition to bolstering public treasury resources and supporting the national economy. Furthermore, the tax administration is a key link between taxpayers and the public treasury, working to improve its methods to reduce tax liabilities and increase the tax yield (tax revenue). A study using data from the Ghazaouet sub-tax center (Tlemcen) highlighted that the effectiveness of the tax administration is largely dependent on the tax collection procedures implemented.Item محاضرات في مقياس قانون الأعمال(University Centre of Maghnia, 2020-10-19) تيوارسي محمدمطبوعة موجهة لطلبة السنة الثانية ماستر EGE و السنة الأولى ماستر MBF تحتوي على أهم المبادئ الأساسية والتقنيات القانونية التي تحكم النشاطات الاقتصادية (قطاع الأعمال) والتي ينبغي أن يحيط بها أي مهتم بالميدان، فضلا على ذلك أنّ تأثيره (أي قانون الأعمال) لا يمكن ملاحظته أحيانًا في الحين، فالموظف أو المستهلك لا يخضعان مباشرة لهذا القانون ويظنان أنّ المادة لا تهمّهما، لكنهما يتحملان يوميًا نتائج الانعكاسات الاقتصادية التي تخفّف أو تزيد من حدّتها القواعد القانونية التي تهم جانب الأعمال.Item منصة بنكية لتداول الـأوراق المالية A.G.Trading(University Centre of Maghnia, 2025-11-11) مومن محمد علي، جرفي محمدملخص : الهدف من هذه الدراسة هو تقديم مخطط الأعمال لمشروع المنصة البنكية لتداول الأوراق المالية مع تقييم إمكانية نجاحه ,حيث يمثل مخطط الأعمال أول الخطوات في تحقيق نجاح المنصة و الحصول على مشروع ذو مردودية اقتصادية ومالية و لبلوغ ذلك تطرقنا في السياق النظري إلى مدخل عام يعالج الإشكالية التي تبحث في العوامل المحددة لنية وسلوك تبني المستثمرين الجزائريين (أفراد ومؤسسات) للمنصات البنكية الإلكترونية المخصصة لتداول الأوراق المالية ,حيث قمنا بتحليلمفاهيم حول النظام المصرفي و الأوراق المالية و البورصة والتطرق إلى الركائز الأساسية للمشروع , أما في الفصل التطبيقي تم تسليط الضوء على مخطط الأعمال للمشروع ثم المخطط التسويقي للبحث عن التجهيزات التي يحتاجها المشروع و أيضا الوسائل التي يمكن من خلالها الوصول إلى الجمهور المستهدف وصولا إلى المخطط المالي لدراسة تكاليف وعائدات المشروع. بعد تحليل ودراسة مخطط الأعمال لمشروع المنصة البنكية لتداول الأوراق المالية A.G.Trading تبين أن المشروع مجدي اقتصاديا ويمكن الاستفادة منه والتوسع فيه لتحقيق أرباح معتبرة. Abstract : The purpose of this study is to prepare a business plan for an online financiel securities trading projrct . The plan goes through the main steps to check if the project is practical, prrofitable , and possible to apply , while also showing its importance for the algerian market and the behavior of local investors . First , we explained the basic concepts related to the financial system ,securities , and online trading. Then, in the practical part ,we built a business plan for the project by showing its main elements, what it needs, and hw it can reach customers, as well as studying its costs and revenues. Abstract: This thesis examines the impact of artificial intelligence and digitization on electronic banking services, highlighting how these technologies have improved operational efficiency, enhanced security, and provided more advanced customer experiences. By utilizing AI for data analysis, fraud detection, and financial forecasting, banking services have become more efficient and secure. Digitization has also transformed the way banking services are provided online, making them more accessible and cost-effective. Despite security and regulatory challenges, AI and digitization are expected to continue driving significant change in the banking sector, offering opportunities for ongoing improvements.Item دور الجماعات المحلية في تنمية مناطق الظل في الجزائر - دراسة حالة بلدية سيدي مجاهد تلمسان -(University Centre of Maghnia, 2025-10-13) أودغيري محمد، ابلاس بلعيدالملخص تعد تنمية مناطق الظل أولوية استراتيجية تحظى باهتمام الحكومة، وسعت للنهوض بهياكلها القاعدة وتصحيح الاختلال المعيشي لسكانها من خلال اسناد هذه المهمة للجماعات المحلية التي أخذت على عاتقها مسؤولية تحقيق التنمية في مناطق الظل. جاءت هذه الدراسة لقياس الدور التنموي الذي تقوم به الجماعات المحلية في مناطق الظل باعتبارها الوسيط بين الدولة والمواطن و هي الأدرى باحتياجات أقاليمها. وبهدف توضيح مدى تجسيد الجماعات المحلية للمخططات وبرامج التنمية اخترنا بلدية سيدي مجاهد- تلمسان-كنموذج يمكن من خلاله إعطاء لمحة عن واقع التنمية في مناطق الظل . ________________________________________Summary: Developing shadow areas is a strategic priority that receives significant attention from the government. Efforts have been made to improve their basic infrastructure and address the living condition disparities of their residents by assigning this mission to local authorities, which have taken on the responsibility of achieving development in these areas. This study aims to assess the developmental role played by local authorities in shadow areas, considering them as intermediaries between the state and citizens, and being the most familiar with the needs of their regions. In order to clarify the extent to which local authorities implement development plans and programs, we chose the municipality of Sidi M'jahid – Tlemcen – as a model to provide insight into the reality of development in shadow areas.Item دور الرقمنة في تحسين تنافسية البنوك التجارية -دراسة ميدانية على عينة من بعض البنوك الجزائرية-(University Centre of Maghnia, 2025-10-01) حنيش سيد أحمدملخص الدراسة: لقد حاولت هذه الدراسة التطرق إلى إشكالية الرقمنة ودورها في تحسين تنافسية البنوك التجارية، حيث تم جمع بيانات الدراسة من خلال استبيان، تم توزيعه على عينة مكونة من 100 مشاهدة تتمثل في إداريين وتقنيين يشتغلون في 3 بنوك تجارية مدن جزائرية مختلفة. لمعالجة هذه الإشكالية تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، أين استخدمنا برنامج SPSS لتحليل البينات، وتم استخدام نماذج الانحدار المتعدد أين أظهرت النتائج أن هناك تأثيرا إيجابيا للرقمنة على تنافسية البنوك متمثلة في الجودة في تقديم الخدمات، الابتكار والتجديد في الخدمات، الاستجابة لاحتياجات العملاء، وأخيرا السمعة والصورة الذهنية. كما أوصت هذه الدراسة على ضرورة تعزيز الاستثمار في البنية التحتية الرقمية، تكوين وتأهيل الموارد البشرية في المجال الرقمي، تحسين الأمن السيبراني وزيادة حملات التوعية. Abstract: This study attempted to address the issue of digitization and its role in improving the competitiveness of commercial banks. Data for the study were collected through a questionnaire distributed to a sample of 100 participants, including administrators and technicians working in three commercial banks in different Algerian cities. To address this issue, a descriptive analytical approach was used, where SPSS was used to analyze the data. Multiple regression models were also employed, and the results showed a positive impact of digitization on bank competitiveness, represented by the quality-of-service provision, innovation and renewal in services, responsiveness to customer needs, and finally, reputation and image. This study also recommended the need to enhance investment in digital infrastructure, train and qualify human resources in the digital field, improve cybersecurity, and increase awareness campaigns.
