اثار صدمات أسعار النفط على المتغيرات الاقتصادية الكلية حالة الجزائر دراسة تحليلية

Abstract

ملخص: عالجت الدراسة موضوع أثر صدمات أسعار النفط على المتغيرات الاقتصادية الكلية في الاقتصاد الجزائري وذلك بتشخيص وضعية الاقتصاد الجزائري في ظل تقلبات أسعار النفط في الأسواق العالمية مما يساعد على توضيح مدى ارتباط الاقتصاد الوطني بقطاع النفط. وخلصت الدراسة إلى أن الاقتصاد الوطني وبالرغم من المجهودات التي قامت بها الدولة لا يزال مرتبط بمداخيل قطاع النفط الأمر الذي يجعله رهينة للصدمات الخارجية مما يستدعي إيجاد الاستراتيجيات البديلة لهذا القطاع وتنويع مصادر الدخل. Résumé : L'étude portait sur le sujet de l'impact des chocs des prix du pétrole sur les variables macroéconomiques dans l'économie algérienne et que le diagnostic de l'état de l'économie algérienne à la lumière des fluctuations des prix du pétrole sur les marchés mondiaux, ce qui contribue à expliquer la pertinence de la secteur national des hydrocarbures de l'économie dans l'économie algérienne. L'étude conclut que l'économie nationale et en dépit des efforts déployés par l'État est toujours lié aux revenus du secteur pétrolier qui en fait un otage aux chocs extérieurs, qui appelle à trouver des stratégies alternatives pour ce secteur et diversifier les sources de revenus. Abstract : The study dealt with the subject of the impact of oïl Price Shocks on Macroeconomic variables in the Algerian economy and that the diagnosis of the status of the Algerian economy in light of fluctuations in oil prices in global markets, which helps to explain the relevance of the national economy hydrocarbons sector in the Algerian economy. The study concluded that the national economy and in spite of the efforts undertaken by the State isstilllinked to the oils ectorincomes which makesit a hostage to externalshocks, which calls for finding alternative strategies for this sector and diversify sources of income.
