أثر مراعاة الفروق الفردية في التعليم الفعال

Abstract

Abstract: The aim of this study is to highlight the importance of the Algerian teacher's taking into account individual differences in effective education and their impact on the output of the learning and teaching processes. It also sheds light on the modern view of education based on process-oriented pedagogy known as differentiated pedagogy. This study was based on an analytical descriptive approach through the description of the phenomenon, presentation of data and subsequent statistics, analysis and extrapolation of the results of teachers and students’ questionnaires. The research revealed that it is important to take into account the individual differences and their impact on the output of the educational process, provided that a competent teacher is available in the appropriate school environment. Résumé : Cette étude vise à mettre en évidence l’importance de la prise en compte des différences individuelles dans l’éducation effective et leur impact sur les résultats des processus d’enseignement et d’apprentissage. Elle met également l’accent sur la vision moderne de l’éducation basée sur une pédagogie des processus connue sous le nom de pédagogie différenciée. Cette étude s’inscrit dans une approche descriptive analytique à travers la description du phénomène, la présentation des données et de statistiques ainsi que l’analyse et l’extrapolation des résultats des questionnaires destinés aux enseignants et aux élèves. La recherche a montré qu’il est important de tenir compte des différences individuelles et de leur impact sur le résultat du processus éducatif pourvu qu’un environnement scolaire approprié soit disponible ainsi qu’un bon enseignant. الملخص: تهدف هذه الدّراسة بشقّيها النظّري والتّطبيقي إلى إبراز أهميّة مراعاة المعلّم الجزائري للفروق الفرديّة في التّعليم الفعّال وأثرها في مخرجات العمليّة التّعليميّة التّعلّميّة؛ كما تلقي الضّوء على النّظرة الحديثة للتّعليم الّتي تلغي ما كان سائدا عنه قديما، فمع التّعليم الفعّال ظهرت سيرورة تربويّة وظيفيّة تعرف بالبيداغوجيا الفارقيّة. اِستندت هذه الدّراسة على مقاربة وصفيّة تحليليّة من خلال وصف الظّاهرة وعرض المعطيات وما تبع ذلك من إحصاء وتحليل واِستقراء لنتائج الاِستبانات الخاصّة بالمعلّمين واِستمارات المتعلّمين، وخَلُص البحث إلى أهمّيّة مراعاة الفروق الفرديّة وتأثيرها على مخرجات العمليّة التّعليميّة شرط توفّر المعلّم الكفء في البيئة الدّراسية الملائمة.
