كفاءة البنوك الاسلامية في الجزائر

Abstract

الملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على واقع الصيرفة الإسلامية والتي تعاني من صعوبة في الانتشار في الساحة المالية الجزائرية، رغم مراهنة الحكومة عليها في السنوات الأخيرة لامتصاص الأموال المتداولة خارج النظام المصرفي وتوفير التمويل اللازم لمختلف القطاعات الاقتصادية، وذلك من خلال تقييم مدى كفاءة البنوك الإسلامية في تمويل الاقتصاد بإسقاط الدراسة على بنك السلام وبنك البركة الذي ينشط في الجزائر عن طريق استعمال أسلوب غير معلمي يتمثل في أسلوب تحليل مغلف البيانات ، وتوصلنا من خلال هذه الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج كان أبرزها: أنه رغم ضآلة مساهمة بنك السلام وبنك البركةالجزائرييين في تمويل الاقتصاد، إلا أنها تبقى متميزة ولها أفاق واعدة خاصة في ظل الوعي المتزايد بأهمية التمويل الإسلامي في الأوسط الجزائرية سواءً السياسية أو الشعبية ليس فقط لاعتبارات شرعية وإنما اقتصادية كذلك. Abstract: This study aims to shed light on the reality of Islamic banking, which struggles to spread within the Algerian financial arena, despite the government's recent efforts to leverage it to absorb funds circulating outside the banking system and provide the necessary financing for various economic sectors. This is achieved by evaluating the efficiency of Islamic banks in financing the economy, with a specific focus on Al Salam Bank and Al Baraka Bank, which operate in Algeria, using a non-parametric method known as Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA). Through this study, we reached a number of conclusions, the most notable being that despite the limited contribution of Al Salam Bank and Al Baraka Bank in financing the economy, their contributions remain distinctive and hold promising prospects. This is especially true in light of the growing awareness of the importance of Islamic finance in Algeria, both politically and publicly, not only for religious considerations but also for economic reasons.
