Abstract

الملخص: يعتبر الرضا الوظيفي أحد الموضوعات التي استحوذت على اهتمام الكثير من الكتاب والمفكرين في مجال ادارة الأعمال، وذلك لأن معظم ً الأفراد يقضون جزءا كبيرا من حياتهم في العمل وبالتالي من الأهمية بمكان أن يبحثوا عن الرضا الوظيفي ودوره في حياتهم الشخصية والمهنية، ويؤثر الرضا الوظيفي بشكل كبير على سلوك واداء الموارد البشرية، كما انه يشكل دافعا مهما نحو الانجاز المتميز وهذا ما يترتب عليه الفائدة بالنسبة للمنظمات والعاملين.
