Abstract

الملخص: تدرس هذه المذكرة توظيف الرمز في مجموعة كنفني القصصية "أرض البرتقال الحزين"، وذلك من خلال جزء نظري يتناول القصة من حيث المفهوم ومراحل تطرها ثم تحليل العلاقة بين الرمز وأدب المقاومة، حيث أصبح الرمز أداة تعبيرية لتجسيد الهوية الفلسطينية ومعاناتها. أما في الجانب التطبيقي تركز الدراسة على تحليل الرموز في مستويات ثلاثة: العنوان (البرتقال كرمز للأرض المغتصبة والحزن الوجودي) والشخصيات كتمثيل للذاكرة الجمعية والصمود، والفضاءات كيافا والمخيمات كرمز للاغتراب والأرض المفقودة). تكشف المذكرة كيف حول كنفاني الأحداث اليومية إلى رمزية تعكس معاناة شعب بأكمله، وهو بذلك يصنع سردية مقاومة تواجه محو الهوية، وهذا تأكيد على أن أدب كنفاني ليس فنّا فحسب بل هو أرشيف لتجربة النكبة التي لا تزال لم تفقد أمل الانتصار. Summary: This memorandum examines the use of symbols in Kanafani's short story collection "Land of the Sad Oranges." It examines the story's conceptual and developmental stages, then analyzes the relationship between symbols and resistance literature, where symbols have become an expressive tool for embodying Palestinian identity and its suffering. In the applied aspect, the study focuses on analyzing symbols at three levels: the title (oranges as a symbol of usurped land and existential sadness), the characters as a representation of collective memory and resilience, and spaces (such as Jaffa and the camps as symbols of alienation and lost land). The memorandum reveals how Kanafani transformed everyday events into symbols that reflect the suffering of an entire people. In doing so, he creates a narrative of resistance that confronts the erasure of identity. This confirms that Kanafani's literature is not only art, but also an archive of the Nakba experience, which has not yet lost hope of victory.
