Abstract

الملخص: تلعب إدارة سلسلة الإمداد دورا رئيسيا في ظل الانفتاح و الدخول في عصر العولمة .. حيث أن عناصر إدارة سلسلة الإمداد لاتؤثر على التكلفة فحسب بل تؤثر بشكل أوسع على إستراتيجية المنافسة . لذا أصبح لزاما على الشركات اللجوء إلى الأساليب الكمية و التي تهدف إلى تحديد الاحتياجات بناءا على طلبات و التنبؤات العلمية و ذلك بهدف استمرارية السلسلة و التحكم الفعال و السيطرة على مختلف التدفقات . و تعتبر طريقة تخطيط الاحتياجات من المواد من الطرق الكمية التي تهدف تحقيق المستوى الأدنى للمخزون و الذي يحقق الحد الأدنى للتكلفة .
