Abstract

ملخــــــص: شهد العقد الأخير من القرن العشرين وبداية القرن الحادي والعشرين تقدما هائلا في مجال التكنولوجيا عامة وتكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال خاصة ومازال ينموا ويتسارع بخطى واسعة. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة أثر تطبيقات تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال بأداء المؤسسة، كما تمت هذه الدراسة على عينة من مؤسسة سيرتف بمغنية خلال تحليل بياناتهم الشخصية. من خلال البحث توصلنا لوجود علاقة إيجابية بين تكنولوجيا المعلومات الاتصال والأداء، كما توصلنا إلى معرفة الدور الكبير الذي تلعبه التكنولوجيا في تحسن أداء المؤسسة.

Résumé La dernière décennie du XX e siècle et le début du XXI e siècle ont été marqués par de grands progrès dans le domaine des technologies générales et des technologies de l'information et de la communication en particulier, qui continuent de croître et de s'accélérer à un rythme soutenu. Analyser leurs données personnelles. Grâce à la recherche, nous avons découvert une relation positive entre les TIC et la performance, ainsi que le rôle de la technologie dans l'amélioration de la performance de l'organisation.

Abstract: The last decade of the 20th century and the beginning of the twenty-first century witnessed a great progress in the field of general technology and information and communication technology in particular. It is still growing and accelerating at a great pace. This study aims at the impact of ICT applications on the performance of the institution. Analyze their personal data. Through research, we found a positive relationship between ICT and performance. We also found the role of technology in improving the performance of the organization.
