مدى مساهمة الاقتصاد الدائري في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة في الجزائر دراسة حالة –تدوير النفايات ببلدية مغنية- مع تقديم نموذج لمشروع تربية المائيات المدمجة مع الفلاحة (التربية السمكية).

Abstract

الملخص : تهدف الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على مدى مساهمة الاقتصاد الدائري في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة في الجزائر و للإجابة عن هذه الإشكالية تطرقنا إلى الإطار العام للاقتصاد الدائري و التنمية الاستدامة بالإضافة إلى دراسة واقع الاقتصاد الدائري الجزائري في إطار الإستراتيجية الوطنية .ولتحقيق أهداف هذه الدراسة لجأنا إلى موقع الوكالة الوطنية للنفايات لأجل تجميع البيانات وتحليلها. و لتعزيز هذه الدراسة تطرقنا إلى واقع إعادة تدوير النفايات في بلدية مغنية.و قد توصلنا إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها أن الجزائر عرفت انخفاض في السنوات الأخيرة في مستوى النفايات كما أنها اعتمدت أساليب عدة لإعادة التدوير.إلا أن هذا يبقى غير كاف إذ يجب توفير العديد من المتطلبات الكفيلة بتفعيل ركائز الاقتصاد الدائري .من بينها الرفع التدريجي من المعدلات الحالية لتدوير النفايات و السعي نحو إنتاج سلع تتسم بالجودة و الاستدامة وقابلة للتصليح و إعادة الاسترجاع Abstract The study aims to highlight the extent to which the circular economy contributes to Algeria's sustainable development. To answer this problem, we discussed the general framework of the circular economy and sustainable development, as well as the realities of the Algerian circular economy within the framework of the national strategy. To achieve the objectives of this study, we have turned to the National Waste Agency's website for data collection and analysis. To further this study, we touched on the reality of waste recycling in the municipality of maghnia State. We have reached a series of results, the most important of which is that Algeria has seen a decline in the level of waste in recent years and has also adopted several recycling methods. However, this remains insufficient, as many requirements must be provided to ensure the operationalization of the pillars of the circular economy. Among them is the gradual increase of current rates of waste recycling and the pursuit of the production of quality, sustainable, repairable and restorable goods.
