الملخص : يحتل موضوع الهيكل المالي الأمثل صدارة قوية في المجال العلمي نظرا لأهميته سواء العلمية كانت أم العملية ..... خصص له اهتمام كبير من طرف الباحثين في مجال الإدارة المالية فتوصلوا إلى أن هناك عوامل عدة تتدخل في تشكيله مثلا القرارات السليمة ؛ حجم المؤسسة ؛ مردودية المؤسسة ... يهدف بحثي هذا إلى محاولة التطرق إلى كل ما يتعلق بالهيكل المالي الأمثل خصوصا من الناحية المالية و محاولة معرفة أهم مصادر التمويل التي تعتمد عليها المؤسسة و مدى سلامة قراراتها التمويلية . و قد حاولت لمس مصادر التمويل المثلى من خلال درس تفصيلي لميزانية المالية لمؤسسة بانتال – فرع مغنية _ – و ذلك بالاعتماد على القوائم المالية للفترة (2011/2012) فوجدت أنها تعتمد على رأس مالها الخاص بالدرجة الأولى ؛ صافي الدخل ؛ حقوق المساهمين ...و تستغني نوعا ما عن الاقتراض مما يؤدي عن استغنائها للوفرات الضريبية .
