Abstract

الملخص: تشكل عملية الاتصالات الإدارية جوهر و أساس العمليات و الوظائف و عن طريقها ترتبط أجزاء و أقسام المؤسسة ببعضها البعض و يتحقق التكامل في أعمالها إذ لا يمكن لجزء أن يعمل بمعزول عن بقية الأجزاء. و نظام الاتصال الفعّال في المؤسسة يقود و يساعد إلى حد كبير في اتخاذ القرارات الإدارية الصائبة حيث أنّ نجاح عملية اتخاذ القرارات تعتمد إلى حدٍّ كبير على دقة المعلومات اللّازمة و إمكانية الحصول عليها في الوقت المناسب و هو ما يوفره الاتصال الفعّال.
