Abstract

ملخص إن تطور الحياة المعاصرة قدم للإنسان وسائل جديدة تمكنه من إتمام معاملاته ولا سيما المالية منها بكل يسر وسهولة، لكن ومما لاشك فيه أن التكـنولوجيا على النحو السابق، قد فتحت الباب على مصراعيه للجناة ، بمن فيهم الذين يعملون في تبـييض الأموال، في تـسخير هذه التكنولوجيا في نماذج وأنماط إجرامية مسـتحدثة، لذلك يجـب على السلطات المختصة بمـكافحة الجريمة أن تكون على درجة عالية من الحيـطة والحذر لمنع مبيض الأموال بصورة خاصة أو المجرم المعلوماتي بصفة عامة من الاستفادة من ميزات هذه التكنولوجيا المتطورة ، وهو أمر يتطلب حذر مشرعنا الجزائري وسرعة تدخله لتجريم أمثال هذه النماذج من الجريمة المعلوماتية.
