Abstract

الملخص : تهدف هذه الدراسة الى التعرف على واقع البنوك الجزائرية في ظل اليات وادوات الدفع الالكترونية ، وذلك نظرا للتطور الاقتصادي والتكنولوجي مما سمح بايداعها من خلال تطور شبكة الانترنت وبروز التجارة الالكترونية. تمت الدراسة الميدانية ببنك الجزائر الخارجي وكالة مغنية مما أسفرت الدراسة عن النتائج التالية: ساهمت أدوات الدفع الإلكترونية في تحسين جودة الخدمات المصرفية وتقليص الاعتماد على الوسائل التقليدية، مما أدى إلى تسريع تنفيذ المعاملات البنكية ، غير أن غياب بيئة مناسبة ناتج عن ضعف التخطيط وعدم توفير أرضية ملائمة يشكّل عائقًا أمام الاستخدام الأمثل لها. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، تعاني البنوك من ضعف التوعية والإشهار، إذ يقتصر ذلك غالبًا على المطويات والملصقات داخل الوكالات، ما لا يسمح بإيصال الرسالة إلى شريحة واسعة من الأفراد.

Abstract: This study aims to explore the reality of Algerian banks in light of electronic payment mechanisms and tools, given the economic and technological development that has enabled their emergence through the growth of the internet and the rise of e-commerce. The field study was conducted at the Foreign Bank of Algeria, Maghnia Branch, and yielded the following results: Electronic payment tools have contributed to improving the quality of banking services and reducing reliance on traditional methods, which has led to faster execution of banking transactions. However, the absence of a suitable environment due to poor planning and lack of an appropriate infrastructure poses an obstacle to their optimal use. In addition, banks suffer from weak awareness and advertising efforts, which are often limited to brochures and posters within the branches, and this does not effectively reach a wide segment of the population.
