Abstract

الملخص: حاولنا من خلال هذا البحث الذي قمنا به معالجة موضوع " التوظيف في المؤسسة العامة" و هذا نظرا للأهمية التي تحضى بها هذه الأخيرة خاصة و أنها تسعى إلى تحقيق النفع العام. يشكل التوظيف في هذا النوع من المنظمات نشاطا هاما كونه المسئول عن تزويدها باحتياجاتها من الموارد البشرية التي تتمتع بالكفاءة اللازمة التي يتوقف عليها نجاح هذه المؤسسات في تحقيق الأهداف التي وجدت من أجلها. و قد توصلنا أيضا من خلال الدراسة التي قمنا بها إلىأن عملية التوظيف في المنظمات العمومية الإدارية تلعب دورا حساسا و هو لا يقل أهمية عن الدور الذي تلعبه في المؤسسات الاقتصادية ما دام أن الهدف من وراء القيام بهذه العملية"التوظيف" واحد. Résumé Nous avons tenté a travers note recherche le traitement du théme portont « le recrutement dans les organisations administratives ».Vu leur importance et surtout leur mission qui vise l’intéret général. Le recrutement dant ces organisations constitue une activité importante car c’est elle qui va doter l’organisation de ressources humaines compétentes garantes de la réussite de l’organisation. Nous avons également constaté au cours de notre étude que l’opération « recrutement » a un role trés sensible dans les organisations administratives identique a celle des organisations économiques. Abstract We’ve tried trought our study to treat the theme « recruitment in the administratives public organisations » as they are very important for the général interest. Recruitment in these organisations is very important thanks it endowed by competent human ressources that allow organisation’s success. In deet , we’ve noted over our study that recruitment’s organisation has a sensitive role in the administatives organisations the same role in the economic organisations.
