Abstract

الملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز دور البنوك في تمويل المشاريع الاستثمارية وذلك من خلال تبيان مفاهيم عامة حول البنوك وصغ التمويل لديها، والتعرف على المشاريع الاستثمارية وشروط الحصول على تمويلها، أما من الناحية التطبيقية عتمدت دراستنا على دراسة واقع تمويل البنكي في الجزائر وذلك بالاعتماد على احصائيات البنك الجزائري خلال سنوات الاخيرة ، ومنشورات من المقالات الاخبارية المتعلقة بالسياسة النقدية بالجزائر، كما قمنا بتقديم لمحة عامة حول بنك القرض الشعبي الجزائريCPA –وكالة مغنية- والتعرف على سياسته المنتهجة في عملية منح القروض للمؤسسات ولتوضيح أكثر حول الطرق التي يتبعها البنك في عملية منح قرض الاستثمار للمؤسسات قمنا بدراسة مؤسسة الازهار الزيتون السايح التي تقدمت بطلب القرض من البنك وهذا باجراء تحليلي لوضعيتها المالية لتأكد من قدرتها على تسديد الدين. Abstract : This studyaims to highlight the role of banks in financinginvestmentprojects by clarifyinggeneral concepts about banks and theirfinancingmethods and identifyinginvestmentprojects and the conditions for obtainingtheirfinancing. In practice, ourstudyrelied on studying the reality of bankfinancing in Algeria, relying on the statistics of the Algerian bankduring the last years, and publications of news articles related to monetarypolicy in Algeria. In the process of grantingloans to institutions, and to clarify more about the methodsfollowed by the bank CPA in the process of grantinginvestmentloans to institutions, we have studied the Al-Zaitoun Al-Sayeh Corporation, whichapplied for the loanfrom the bank, and thiswasdone by conducting an analysis of itsfinancial position to ensureitsability to repay the debt
