Abstract

الملخص: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور الاتصالات الإدارية الداخلية في تعزيز أداء العاملين داخل المؤسسة من أجل توضيح دوره في تحسين أداء عمالها، لأنه نشاط مهم جدا لقيام المؤسسة بمهمتها على أكمل وجه، اذ أن الاتصال الداخلي الفعّال هو مفتاح تحسين أداء العاملين في المؤسسات التعليمية، من خلال تعزيز التواصل والتعاون، وزيادة الرضا الوظيفي، ورفع كفاءة العملية التعليمية، يمكن تحقيق بيئة تعليمية أكثر فعالية ونجاحًا. دراسة حالة متوسطة عباد بوزيان تظهر كيف يمكن للتواصل الجيد أن يساهم في تحقيق الأهداف التعليمية والإدارية بشكل أفضل. الكلمات المفتاحية: الاتصال الإداري الداخلي، أداء العاملين. Résumé : Cette étude visait à identifier le rôle de la communication administrative interne dans l'amélioration de la performance des employés au sein de l'institution afin de clarifier son rôle dans l'amélioration de la performance de ses travailleurs, car c'est une activité très importante pour l'institution pour mener à bien sa mission de dans toute la mesure du possible, car une communication interne efficace est la clé pour améliorer les performances des employés dans les établissements d'enseignement. En améliorant la communication et la collaboration, en augmentant la satisfaction au travail et en augmentant l'efficacité du processus éducatif, il est possible de créer un environnement d'apprentissage plus efficace et plus réussi. L'étude de cas Abbad Bozian Medium montre comment une bonne communication peut contribuer à mieux atteindre les objectifs éducatifs et administratifs.

Abstract : This study aimed to identify the role of internal administrative communication in enhancing the performance of employees within the institution, in order to clarify its role in improving the performance of its workers, because it is a very important activity for the institution to carry out its mission to the fullest extent, as effective internal communication is the key to improving the performance of employees in educational institutions. By enhancing communication and collaboration, increasing job satisfaction, and raising the efficiency of the educational process, a more effective and successful learning environment can be achieved. Abbad Bozian middle school case study shows how good communication can contribute to better achieving educational and administrative goals.
