TRACK أليات دعم المؤسسات الناشئة لتحقيق التنمية في الجزائر:دراسة حالة مؤسسة

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز دور آليات دعم وتمويل المؤسسات الناشئة في تحقيق التنمية الإقتصادية واالجتماعية يف اجلزائر، من خالل دراسة حالة مؤسسة TRACK ابعتبارها إحدى املؤسسات الناشئة املستفيدة من برامج الدعم واملرافقة. وقد اعتمدت الدراسة على املنهج الوصفي التحليلي، من خالل استعراض خمتلف اآلليات التمويلية واملرافقة اليت وفرهتا الدولة اجلزائرية لدعم املؤسسات الناشئة، وحتليل أثرها على منو املؤسسة وتطور نشاط ها. وتوصلت الدراسة إىل أن الدعم املايل واملرافقة التقنية واإلدارية يسامهان بشكل فعال يف تعزيز استمرارية املؤسسات الناشئة وحتسني قدرهتا التنافسية، كما يساعدان على تطوير االبتكار وخلق فرص العمل واملسامهة يف التنمية االقتصادية واالجتماعية. وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن مؤسسة TRACK استفادت من عدة آليات دعم، من بينها احلصول على عالمة "مؤسسة انشئة" واالستفادة من برامج التمويل واملرافقة، مما ساهم يف حتسني أدائها وتعزيز فرص منوها وتوسعها مستقبالً.

Abstract This study aims to highlight the role of startup support and financing mechanisms in achieving economic and social development in Algeria through the case study of TRACK Company, one of the startups benefiting from support and accompaniment programs. The study adopted a descriptive and analytical approach by examining the various financing and support mechanisms provided by the Algerian government to startups and analyzing their impact on the company's growth and business development. The study found that financial support, technical assistance, and administrative accompaniment play a significant role in enhancing the sustainability and competitiveness of startups. These mechanisms also contribute to fostering innovation, creating job opportunities, and promoting economic and social development. The findings revealed that TRACK Company benefited from several support mechanisms, including obtaining the Startup Label and accessing financing and accompaniment programs, which helped improve its performance and strengthen its future growth and expansion opportunities.
